Well I reserved the unit online on a Sunday. Monday around 1030 I came by to get gate access. I already knew what my unit number was and what
. there was only one employee working and there were 4 people ahead of me. I had to wait in my cool car its hot.outside. I didnt get seen til after 1115. The employee was nice but why would.you.have 1 employee in the office at lunch time on a Monday? Other than that its pleasant. Can yall get some more light bulbs on the upper loading dock. Scary at night!
very good for.a.10×10 including ins. Cant beat the price. anywhere in nashville! Wish the hours were later than 9pm. My husband doesnt get off til then and hes the one with the arms. and truck. Guess beggers cant be choosers.

This is one of those places that I added to my «to review» list way back in the day and then I lost that list and forgot about it. But Devon served us quite well back in 2011 and I think they deserve a little review.
My boyfriend and I inherited furniture left over from a dear friends estate sale for free, mostly because the family didn’t know what to do with what was left over. We decided Devon seemed the most legit place to store and was located close enough for us. We stored the furniture and some other items here until we moved out of the folks spare bedroom. The staff were all super friendly and very informative. After we signed the papers, we were whisked at break neck speed on their golf cart around the facility in the pouring rain to our storage locker.
We had no trouble getting in or out through the months that we stored, or canceling our contract when we did move in to our own place later that year. I would definitely recommend Devon for psychotic golf cart rides and for good storage.

We used this storage facility in the spring/​summer of 2010 when we relocated to Nashville from northeast PA. We stored stuff here while we were looking for a house. We ended up paying two months at once and we were told that if our situation changed and we moved our stuff out before the end of the current month, we would get our money back for the month we didn’t end up using. Well, lo and behold, we found a house and ended up closing quickly. We were in the office a minimum of four times over the course of the next year trying to get that money back. We kept getting the run around that they were working on it, it was coming from corporate, whatever. We never got our money back and we just gave up, which is what I’m sure they intended, however, I will leave bad feedback on every site I can find so that people are aware that they DO NOT take care of their customers. Very poor customer service!
