I had a great experience with Rebecca about two weeks ago. The facility was extremely clean, organized and exceptional customer service. Although i did not rent a storage unit, i saw first hand saw her pick up trash on the facility — which says a lot about the company and its employees. I can say that i would rent a storage unit here if i lived in the area.

We had an emergency kitchen repair and had to store out dinning room table and a few other items. I made a reservation online. Well when my husband and I got there we were greeted and everything seemed ok. When we went to view our potential unit we walked to the entire back of the property. No golf cart ride? When we were asked all these questions what are u storing? Ok what else? Ok what else? Why do u need storage unit? 20 questions eh? So we get yo the office we were informed to save money we should downsize our unit and pay ½ rent and the next month full price. We were told we Had to have their lock then and there or we couldnt rent the unit and we HAD to purchase ins. Well I bought the stupid lock and refused ins. They went ahead and rented us the unit. Oh btw gate was broken. When I asked 2 weeks later when it would be fixed I was told 4 to 5 months. Needless to say we vacated our unit and no more storage from this location. I was in an emergency state but next time id prefer to use another company. Not worth our money or drive to get there.

ghetto. they don’t tell you about the required insurance until you get there. the woman was bitchy no matter how much we tried to be nice. The doors on the units are overly-​engineered and busted… hard to open and close and easy to jam. Ours in currently jammed OPEN and there is no way to close it. Luckily we are moving our stuff out and just left in there stuff we hope will get stolen.
