I brought my nieces here because I owed them an outing. I will NEVER return. Against my better judgement, I decided to feed the three of them at the restaurant. I stood and waited for 5 minutes at the booth. Waitresses came and served tables and simply looked at me. After taking my youngest niece to the restroom, I went by the kitchen and stated that I’d been waiting and was told, «Oh ok, we’ll be right with you.» PS: They were just standing around talking. I complained to a manager who attempted to comp me for the visit, but I told him I’d pass. After they were reprimanded, I shudder to think what may have come out to my table as a «meal»

I can not believe how much fun my boyfriend, son and I had at Incredible Dave’s. I read online it was 65,000 «square feet of fun» but they really weren’t kidding. All in one building they have arcade games, inflatables, bumper cars, bungee jumps, about 10 lanes of bowling, an obstacle course for kids, a stage area for 21 and up and a bar. For $ 10 my boyfriend and I played about an hour of games. The games range from $ 0.50-$ 2.00 to play. As long as you budget $ 10 got plenty of games for 2 people(our son is an infant) I can not wait to take our son back when he is older. Looks like this would be the ideal place for kids and families during the week and a great date night on the weekends!

We had a terrible time here. The games are incredibly old and run-down, and many of them don’t work. Our server was the most obnoxious server I’ve ever had, and our appetizer sampler came out with still-frozen chicken, and none of the rest of the food was fully cooked. We waited for ten minutes at the other bar for a beer while the bartender ignored us and the other one walked off for a smoke break(there was only one other party around the bar). When we pointed out that we had been waiting for a while and he served two parties who showed up after us, he literally threw my credit card at me. Terrible, incompetent and rude staff, dangerous raw food and busted games. Not recommended.

I stop by about once a month to play their arcade games, and it always seems the same machines are broken. Rolling Stones pinball’s ramps don’t register scores, the arrows on Dance Dance Revolution don’t work, the service is pretty bad as well. I’ve told the front desk personally several times about various issues with machines and it’s always«We’ll let the tech know», but the last time I was there, I told the tech personally about these issues and a few he had never even heard of. Poor management right there. The food tastes frozen, not fresh. It’s overpriced for what it is, the 2 times I ate there it tasted like I was eating a Hungryman dinner turned upside down onto a plate for 4 times the price. I would not recommend this place to anybody I know, unless they have small children that are easily entertained. But then again, Chuck E. Cheese is right across the parking lot in the shopping center behind the mall and if you want to play arcade games, there is an arcade in Antioch that can suit your needs, and if you want to drink as well you can just hit up Bailey’s behind the mall. Why this place exists, no clue. Not to mention, the company filed bankruptcy earlier this year. Maybe it’s all connected, who knows. 1/5, avoid at all costs.

Great place for my kids. I took them after school on Wednesday and for $ 10 they can get a video game card to play for the rest of the day. Definitely worth the money, they loved it!!!

A good place for entertainment for the whole family. The food is okay. I think Dave & Buster’s in Opry Mills Mall is a little bit better and more establsihed. The location is good being near many restaurants and 2 movie theatres.

The food and service are pretty horrendous. I like the arcade and kudos for actually having pinball games but they wouldn’t turn up the volume on Rolling Stones until my party threatened to not purchase any more drinks at the bar. Definitely subpar food but a nice«looking» arcade. Just avoid the food and service and you’ll be fine =)

Stopped here Wednesday evening for dinner while on business. Wrong decision! The lack of cars and that absolute empty dining area and the absolute empty bar area should have been a clue shouting out«Turn Around», run, don’t walk! Service was absolutely terrible and that was the highlight. Ordered a Caesar salad with my dinner and they brought out my business associate’s salad and left my somewhere behind the restaurant. Terrible looking salad when it finally arrived after waiting and asking the server who was in la la land. Basically nothing but core material of Romaine lettuce. The chicken tenders were brought out dunked in BBQ and the guy said«gee sorry here’s your food, we coated everything in BBQ sauce even though you didn’t order it». Wait! What? You totally screw-up the order and decide to bring it out anyway? Hmmm, had to look in the mirror to see if I had stupid on my forehead. Of course I politely refused it and proceeded to wait longer for my food. Bottom line I have nothing positive about this place and will absolutely NEVER set foot inside a Incredible Dave’s anywhere!!! Run, Run Away!!!

Nice outing with the family and kids. I was a bit mislead by the«bumper cars» attraction on the website… we got there and it was the size of my kids’ bedroom with 4 cars. Other than that, its actually a pretty cool place. Bowling, bungee jumping, jungle gym and arcade games for the kids and a bar to keep the adults happy. We didnt try the restaurant but I heard they have pretty decent food. Beware: this place can get pricey VERY quickly. I was running to reload our card every 10 minutes it seemed like.

Incedible Dave’s slogan is «Awesome Dining, Extreme Fun!» sooo get ready for this totally honest review! Incredible Dave’s is a Dave & Busters, ESPN Zone, for adults, and kids too– but a knock-off of those manger chains. What once was a anchor store from the mall is now a mega arcade with cheesy-almost-90’s themed décor. It’s new, but the colors and themes its very 90’s. The staff wear’s knock off tommy bahama shirts and all are high school students who could care less to work there. The entrance has a about 10 bags of sand laid on the carpet and beach balls. As you walk in there are trampoline jumpers for kids to bounce for $ 5.00 a ride, or you can go through the discovery zone/tube things like they have outside Mcdonald restaurants for $ 3.00. The restaurant has booths and tables After exploring the menu, it’s anything you could order at Margertiaville. We passed. On to Games! Since this location JUST opened, the games are brand new and high tech. Tons of shooting games(great for kids, ha!), racing games, touch screen games, games that are like rollarcoasters, dance games, arcade of the future! Near the bowling section there are a few pinball games, darts, shuffleboard, pool tables(all pay to play). There is a small stage, small inflatables, bumper cars! Its crazy that all this stuff is in this location. No tokens or cash here. You pay $ 2.00 to load a card full of money. Each game is about $ 1.00-$ 3.00 to play. You get tickets for winning. Once you get your tickets, you put them into another machine to count your tickets and load your ‘ticket count’ on your card. There are two massive bars with tons of tv screens with sports games on. I would imagine most of the DADs hang out here. My boyfriend won a game but the ‘prize’ in the egg did not come out and stuck in the machine. We told a 16 year old employee who said they would call a manager, however, after 5 minutes of waiting, no one arrived. Ah well. $ 95.00 and 45 minutes later — broke, it was time to go. Excited to spend my tickets on a way cool plush toy or candy I was going to redeem my tickets. My balance on my card was only 20 tickets. I know for a fact that I fed the ticket machine atleast 100+ tickets. I explained that to the high-schooler and she said, «well there is nothing I can do about it». I probably would have really made a stink but it is pretty ridiculous that 1 tootsie roll is 30 tickets. I would not be going home with my 3 tootsie rolls. DANNNG! The place was getting packed of MOBS of screaming children that were totally out of control. I can image Friday-Saturday-Sunday this place is insane. I think it would be a great-during the week date for some fun. Birthday parties for adults and kids would be great here! Hopefully the staff will work the kinks out and I get a raise at my job so I can afford to go have more fun at Incredible Dave’s.
