Wingstop

Well I am happy! I have been hoping for a place in Madison for good wings. I tried the Louisiana rub and they were delicious. Even though I didn’t partake this visit, they have beer also. The place was clean and food was cooked fresh. I went on Friday evening and there was 2 security guards on site (I’m OK with it) I will definitely go back.

Wingstop is good. But the employees need good management. They have a bunch of teenagers working there and they are always acting immature and playing around, they need better management

I’d like to start by saying I think wing stop has the best prices, wings, and flavors of any «wing» place around. That being said DO NOT use their app to place orders, unless you’re prepared to wait for 45 – 60 minutes. I placed my order as I was locally shopping and expected the usual 14 minute standard. I could have walked in, sat for 15 minutes, then placed my order and still gotten my order quicker than I did. Evidenced by actually watching that occur as several parties ordered after me but received their food much quicker. Again, I stand by Wingstop and their unbeatable wings but I just found it ridiculous to have to wait that long after attempting to be proactive and ordering ahead of time. Very disappointed at the service and slowness.

First, the guy (Didn’t catch his name, but he’s Black, stocky, and brown-​skinned) at the register had THE best customer service I have ever experienced! He greeted us, assisted us on our ordering (I guess he could tell it was our first WS visit), made sure we got what we liked and enjoyed it, and thanked us for coming and hoped to see us again! Can I say amaze-​balls! Thanks to him we will make that special trip, almost an hour away!
Secondly, everything was fresh (service was quick surprisingly), the wings, sauces, blue cheese (chunky and homemade), and cooking method were second to none; My toddler (who behaves as a vegan mostly) enjoyed the meal too, so I’m convinced WS is the best!
Now, I’m just trying to figure out how we can bring the franchise to Clarksville! #twothumbsup

Oh my God, these wings! They’re SO good! Was out shopping at next door Old Time Pottery and decided to give Wing Stop a try. I pulled up Unilocal reviews and the issues seemed to be the wait and the employee’s attitudes. Only three reviews though, not a great indicator of how it would or could be. Went inside, three people ahead of me. Good sign! I hate when places are empty. Anyway, the employee taking orders could definitely use some work in the communication department. He was trying, but I had a hard time understanding what words he was trying to say. Place was clean and my 15 piece wing combo was cooked to order so it took 10 – 15 minutes tops. I don’t mind that kind of wait.
The wings though. The wings were incredible. Initially, I was slightly disappointed in their size. They’re smaller than the giant wings you see at BWW or Hooter’s. But the second I bit into the Louisiana rubbed wing and felt the delicate crispness of the outside meeting with the tenderness of the meat, I was in literal wing heaven. I savored every bite of that one. Then I tried the Garlic Parmesan. It literally had grated Parmesan cheese sprinkled all over the pile. Incredible. My wife and I went back and forth between the flavors until they were gone.
We live in Mt Juliet and there is nothing even remotely comparable to these wings anywhere near us. We will be back, next time we have a craving for wings, we will definitely be back!

Placed my order online YESTERDAY to pick up on the way home. I thought this was my new favorite place. I am 10 minutes late & now i have to wait for my wings to be cooked like i just walked in… Very Very disappointed! !!!

This is what I’ve been waiting for!!! Finally a good wing spot in Madison. I just tried it for the first time and was super impressed! It’s clean with awesome aviation themed décor.
The wings were big, tasty, and fresh. I tried 4 flavors all of which were great. The seasoned fries were out of this world and you could see the entire process of prep from the table. Nice beer selection as well. The cook came out to the table to check on things and was very friendly. The prices are on par with most wing spots but their product is hands down better, I will definitely be back!
