I arrive to rent a car and found the place in chaos. Only one worker behind the counter, 3 customers waiting, not many cars in the lot — just not a good situation. The one worker did the best she could do and had a very good attitude despite the bad situation she was in. She worked with me to get the car that met my needs — even moving me up to a premium instead of the standard I had reserved. The car was clean and worked well. The staff was very friendly when I dropped it back off the next week.
There were issues — I had to wait about 45 minutes to get my car and it seemed more difficult that is should have been for them to get my reservation right, but at least the staff I dealt with worked with me in a very friendly and polite manner and eventually made certain I drove out with the vehicle that I needed.

I have used this Enterprise office many times, and the last time was as good as all the others. The personnel were efficient and friendly, the car was clean and exactly what I needed and functioned well, and, as always, I greatly appreciated the pick-up and drop-off service.
On the rare occasions when I’ve been able to find a cheaper car rental online, Enterprise has been willing to meet or beat their rates. I highly recommend this company.

I needed a rental due to a car accident that was caused by the other person. The first day I called they told me the only had small cars, I have 3 children. Then today I called got a bigger car and when I asked them to come pick me up… the woman was extremely rude and said they couldn’t! I am a single mother with no family around. She said she had other customers to take care of and got off the phone. I don’t think I will ever go through enterprise again. Come pick you up… haha not likely
