AVOIDTHISSO-CALLEDBUSINESS! I bought a used Sprint phone from this store for $ 170 with a 30 day warranty. I decided to support a local business and buy used so that i could avoid another 2 year contract. We I tried to activate the phone with Sprint I was told the phone is still active on someone else’s account and I could not activate it on my account until that unknown person called to deactivate it from theirs. Seeing as it had a 30 day warranty I went back to the store where I was told they couldn’t issue a refund but they would switch it out. Before switching that phone out I called Sprint regarding the 2nd phone and it was the same scenario. At this point I was told I could switch to an Iphone 4 for an additional $ 30 but they didn’t have anything else to switch it out for. I asked the owner if the merchandise was stolen and her reply was«Even if the phone is stolen I can sell it if it hasn’t been reported». We are going through the correct legal procedures and have filed a civil claim with this operation if for no other reason than to inconvenience them and hopefully get our money back. Unless you want to go through a similar hassle in your life AVOIDTHISBUSINESS!
