Rather than get on a rant of what happened today I will merely say that when I took a photo of a plaque on the wall that stated that they wanted customer feedback on my experience. The manager, Mark yelled from across the room «Sir, if you are going to threaten me, I will ask that you leave the store.» He considered it a threat without body language or anything being said by me. The mere action of taking a photo that told me how to give my feedback, regarding my experience.
That tells you everything that you need to know about the management of this store.
