At my last visit, after hearing about one customer leaving disgruntled a few minutes before, I still thought I should give the store a second chance. Well, the store featured 1 salon manager, 1 receptionist, 1 arrogant owner who tells the receptionist what to say(and which customers to move up or remove from the list), plus 3 friends and/or relatives !!! Very surprisingly, this resulted in terribly unfair management of the customer list, including breaking promises to me and another customer! Even the salon manager was politely hinting at the owner they had been unfair to the previous customer! Indeed, the salon manager was not only that brave, but also not as bad as stylists in past visits… and just as I was thinking: «I guess I would save the salon manager»… she asked my child to count until 60!!!

This is my third time at this location and there is always just 1 stylist at this place. They try to do the best they can but with people coming and going and picking up phone calls, it’s a bad experience.

Every time i come there’s never a long wait. I can get in and out on my lunch break. Staff is friendly as well. I like how they keep your style on file so you don’t have to tell them what length to cut your hair.
