Harpeth Mortgage closed the loan on my new downtown condo in two weeks and secured a fixed interest rate lower than they initially quoted. Oh and did I mention that the closing costs were less than they quoted too. Great job HARPETH MORTGAGE!!!

My loan took FOREVER to close, months and months, and I was forced to submit the same paperwork multiple times. I didnt recieve the payment OR the interest rate I was quoted just a few days before closing and the «closer» was an hour late without so much as a «sorry» for wasting my time. To top it all off, I didnt even get the lousy TV Ive been hearing about every day for months on comcast! Do your self a HUGE favor and look elsewhere for a re-​fi!
