If you are going here to look for a car ask for Martin Herr, he is so great. He is so glad to help you anyway he can. It didnt feel like your normal car lot walking on it. I was even greated at my car. How nice.

I submitted an online inquiry to Nissan of Rivergate and received a few automated emails but not one single reply to my emails or a single answer to my questions. Their lack of even the most basic service is mind boggling. I refuse to beg any business to take my money. I’m sure the awesome guys over at Jim Reed Subaru appreciate their lack of response! And, yes, this is basically a copy of my review on Darrell Waltrip Subaru since I experienced the same thing. Businesses really shouldn’t ignore their internet customers.
