I have had nothing but a great experience renting from Palisade. The property manager I deal with is beyond helpful and understanding. The apartment I had was amazing, and very well priced. I am sad to be leaving their property, but know if I need to rent again who I am going to look to first!

I have moved my fair share around this campus. But I spent two years here for two reasons: 1) location and 2) Tammy Lange and the maintenance man, Tom. It breaks my heart that as I leave this apartment building, tammy will be on her way out too: I hope they will be able to be as generous, caring, organized and fun as Tammy to fill her position, otherwise I wouldn’t have stayed here necessarily. Tom is wonderful as well, he is the handiest of handy men I have ever met and is willing to help with all tasks to make life at the apartment easier! The location speaks for itself and the view fr higher apartments is gorgeous, especially when the sun goes down:)
