For a Pier 1 its a fairly small store. I find the others in town which are larger have a much better selection. Some of the quality of their products isn’t up to par. We purchased an expensive pillow for our couch and it fell apart only after a few months of light use.

Happiness: finding a P1 gift card I thought I had lost. I could easily have a large portion of my paycheck directly deposited here. Sometimes I just walk around the store, get great ideas, and drool over the stuff I can’t afford. The staff are always friendly, and the store itself feels like somewhere I’d like to live. So stop by – you might see me! I’ll be the one wiping drool whilst gazing at the priciest home décor.

Don’t say you are returning a gift. They somehow impose some goofy rules regarding how you can go about it and if your gift giver paid with a check… Forget it. Keep it up Pier 1, it will be 2009 all over again. Went to the west side, no issues. Go figure. Hey east side, get a clue.
