Pizza Hut

The pizza on the buffet, just like the service, was non-​existent. Waitress took it as a personal attack when asked if there was going to be actual pizza on the pizza buffet. They were also way understaffed. I’ll never go back.

Service real slow. Only a few customers and it took over 1 hour just to order. Waitress stayed behind counter talking to friends. Received drinks after food. Avoid this Pizza Hut.

Worst Pizza Hut ever. Lazy workers there. I waited over an hour to for my pizza and it wasn’t even done. Never going there again

Fast, friendly. Ursula was a great server and she was doing a great job training someone as well.

FILTHY! Both the place and the people who work there. They messed up my pizza completely. I didn’t notice until I got home. I called to complain and they offered a remake. I didn’t want to go back out that night so they said I could come another day. When I did call they REFUSED to give me my pizza because I couldn’t prove what happened.

Food was good, beer was good. Buffet was a little bare at times but was refilled by the time we left. Staff was very polite. Overall good experience.

My roommate had an extremely long day working back-​to-​back three shifts at her workplace, so I suggested pizza to save on the hassle of cooking, as a way to avoid stress. The plan seemed foolproof.
Not only did we discover that «any toppings» did not, in fact, mean «any toppings», we also learned that «total of 4 toppings» doesn’t mean per-​pizza, as much as per-​order. Rather than giving me the choice to dish out the extra bucks for another topping, I was told in less words that I had chosen quite enough to eat, and that the ordering system was cutting me off. We started again, and by the time we ordered, she was starved.
The pizza was undercooked, sloshed with an unnecessary gallon of sauce. It had a laughable amount of cheese and the toppings were wrong. I hardly felt Curried Away by the flavorless and/​or piddling amount of curry, despite having asked for extra.
Surprisingly, my call into the restaurant was met with utter skepticism. Management attempted to refuse a refund, after questioning if I had /​really/​given their pizza a chance. Why was I just now saying something, 20 minutes after leaving the store? Didn’t I know I was ordering BBQ drizzle (indicated online as a light, fun swirl over a cheese-​covered pizza)? She saw for herself that they dusted the curry on top, after all. I felt as though I was the source of the problem.
So much for that stress-​free night.
It took some leverage to get a refund. She said she really didn’t give refunds, and wanted to win back my business. I had to resort to saying, «Can you or can you not issue a refund? I will find out the truth one way or another, if you are lying.» At last, she relented, and said that they would inspect the pizza and deliver a refund (presumably based on whether or not my claims were accurate, or whether we scarfed down the doughy massacre within that short timeframe.)
This isn’t the first time I’ve butted heads with this location. Last time, they required an ID to pay with a card, which, in case you’re unaware readers, goes against Visa and Mastercard’s agreement. The only time their permitted to require ID is if the back of the card is not signed. They still refused, and so we had to locate an ATM to withdraw the funds to pay for our, then cold, also made incorrectly, pizza.
At this point, the roommate is MISERABLE, and that was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I will not be returning to this location, and I don’t dare ask if she will, for fear of receiving an impolite gesture. Use this posting wisely.

Giving a four star review because their pizza is always good. It’s Pizza Hut pizza. You know what to expect and you get what you go for. I admit the service has been horrible over the years. However, I’ve been back a handful of times recently and they have gotten much quicker.

Food was delicious but the service was terrible.

Food was fine and tasted like regular pizza hut quality, however the service was Horrible, took almost an hour for a one large pizza order when there were only eight table being served. I prefer the one on university 72.
