McDonald’s

Well once again this McDonalds managed to be the worst in northern Alabama !! I ordered two Mc Doubles no pickles, 15 min later the drive through person handed me my sandwiches. I asked are there no pickles on them he said NO. I pull over and found they both had pickles and were past there sell by time. I went into the restaurant the counter person was rude and the manager if you could call her that, snatched the bag and took another 5 min to make it wright ! I will never eat there again !!!

Be sure to check your order carefully before you leave; chances are it’ll be wrong.
I saw my drive through order was wrong yesterday and honked and tried to get the attention of the staff for more than 5 minutes. They never once looked my way, even though one of them came right over to the window; how could he NOT have seen me? FINALLY they acknowledged I was still there and opened the window and glared at me. I told them what was missing and they had no apology for the missing item or the long wait at the window. By the time I got the missing item, my food wasn’t hot anymore.
Typical of this location.

The quality of food is not good! McDonalds is not to much of good food to eat but whatever you purchase you at least want fresh food! The burgers are never hot! They are always warm and sometimes a little cold! The fries are a hit or a miss! Sometimes they are too crunchy and when you order a large fry they never fill them up all the way! I’ve eaten there my whole life and now I’m done! The service is bad! I’ve gone to one McDonalds one a very wealthy side of town and I must say, there staff and good is pretty good! I remember biting in a double cheese burger and nearly burnt Mu tongue! It was really good and the fries we filled to the brim! All McDonalds are not that great but once you find one then you may have found a diamond!

This place has serious management issues. They will not fire anyone for any reason. I ordered a big Mac with no cheese for a lactose intolerant friend. I sent it back because it had cheese on it. When I got it back, the lettuce was wilted. It was a different sandwich, and it had ants crawling on it. They probably pulled it out of the trash. I took it back again, and the manager flicked the ants off and told me the sandwich was fine!!!

The counter staff was courteous, well dressed and quick. There seemed to be excessive personnel, but you cannot always predict how large a rush you will have. A definite drawback was a manager that stood at the counter with her back to the public and YELLED to an employee in the back. Totally unnecessary and unprofessional. Food was standard McDonald’s fare. McRib was delicious.
