Highly disappointed in the cleanliness. I was the only person in the restaurant and employees all had their backs turned to the service counter, so I had to wait for a couple of minutes before anyone even looked my way. I ordered and went to get my drink and the drink machine smelled horribly sour… with some fruit flies buzzing around. When I got my food, the tray had a bunch of old caked on food that was disgusting. I gave them a second star only because the tacos tasted okay. I was just hoping not to get sick later in the day. I think this location needs a total renovation and some serious employee training or new employees. I will not go back to this Taco Bell.

Very dirty, poor management, poor service. Shut this place down or rebuild it. Pay your employees better and you might get better employees

This place was not up to standards. The females bathroom was very dirty the toilet sink floors doors and I guess they expected the customers to clean first because they left the cleaning supplies sitting right next to toilet. Food not your usually TB. Broken shells. Instead of remaking a taco w a broken shell they just put a new one over it to hid it. Lobby floors dirty. Won’t be coming back to this one till new management or total makeover.

Just remembered why I stopped going through the drive through at this Taco Bell, they always screw up the orders. This has happened the last three visits here. They were friendly, but friendly doesn’t really compensate for incompetence. It’s late and I honestly don’t feel like driving back for what I actually wanted and ordered. Therefore, just sending out a cautionary warning. Don’t use the drive through at this location. Even if it’s late at night, messing up an order still isn’t right.

While claiming to eat Taco Bell at various locations in the states isn’t on my list of proud life accomplishments, this location takes the cake for the most disappointment. Tonight, the cashier«Darius D.» was extremely unfriendly. Upon being greeted at the window, his response was to slam the window closed. Then when thanked for the items(after waiting five minutes at the window), he did not acknowledge me, just shut the window. While I’m not expecting to be BFFs with Darius D., I do expect common friendly courtesy, especially when you’re in the service business and a customer shows you friendliness. Onto the food… Although my waistline would be thankful, my appetite was not. The fillers/ingredients inside the tacos and burritos ordered were so skimpy(see uploaded photo of taco as reference). It was like eating corn and flour tortillas. Definitely will not return back to this fine establishment at this particular location.

I’m writing this review to address Brenster’s where he asserts that his orders were wrong on 3 visits in an month and that this Taco Bell should therefore hire«better and smarter employees.» As the reigning check-in«Duke» at this Taco Bell I can say that my experience has been significantly different. I visit multiple times per week. The employees are friendly and I rarely have any problems with my order. If Brenster’s orders were wrong 3 times he should probably consider whether he may have miscommunicated them before publicly impugning the employees’ competence.
