I visited Huntsville last weekend for a wedding and I made it a priority to have Krystals for nostalgia’s sake. They never disappoint. There were a few flies flying around this particular location, but other than that the facility was clean and the food was amazing. I love this place.

It was OK. I got the value meal for $ 3(power of coupons!!!) The burger was grey and soggy, nothing like it was in the ad, but it was still a good burg. The fries were okay, along with the Sprite. But I made it 4 because, well, the meat was soggy, but it makes it taste better for some weird reason, LOL. A lot of people did say that Krystal is not very good, but it was OK for me. Anyway, off to Point Mallard!

Burgers were grey and soggy. I have had microwavable meals more enjoyable than this. The chicken burgers looked alright, and my buddies seemed to enjoy them. Not going to visit this place again.

If you’ve never had a Krystals burger, you have to, at least, try it once. Maybe you know White Castle’s? It’s pretty much the same thing. They are little square hamburgers. You can finish one in 2 or 3 bites. It takes about 3 or 4 of them to make a meal. In fact one of the meal options is 4 of this little jokers. The basic ones come with just onions and mustard. Doesn’t sound like much, does it? Although it sounds kind of simple, its really pretty tasty. The buns are nice and soft. I mean, the bun is part of the joy. Picture those box shaped dinner rolls you typically have at Thanksgiving and you’ll get the idea. These were sliders before there were sliders. This particular Krystals is clean and has a friendly staff. It’s kind of located off the beaten path and doesn’t really get busy at night. This is good, «I-just-got-to-my-hotel-room-and-I’m-hungry-but-don’t-want-to-go-anywhere-food». Grab a bag and take it back to your room.
