I thought my pain was the nasty business of aging and exercising, but it was a good thing I injured myself… it forced me to go to PPTT and not only did they help me with my injury, I learned there was something I could do about the aches and pains I was «living with».
PREVIOUS EXPOSURE TO PHYSICAL THERAPY
I’ve never been to a PT before, but I understand most of them work with multiple patients at once. This center spends the entire hour focused on treating my pain and at the end of the hour, I feel a drastic improvement.
DRY NEEDLING
I (anxiously) agreed to try this for my stubborn muscle pain and I can’t believe what a difference it’s making. Each week, there is marked improvement on the treated areas — only the really stubborn ones take more than one treatment to completely disappear (not kidding). I went from chronic pain to complete relief.
MY DOCTORS
Dr. Michelle Millner is the «miracle-​worker» therapist I see regularly and she’s changed how I listen to (and treat) my aches and pains. I’ve also seen Dr. Matthew Riordan who is an exceptional therapist.

After 5 months since my final session, I am running pain free, and more importantly, enjoying it. I’m glad to say I am running faster than when I was 25 years younger.

If it didn’t sound so quacky to describe PPTT as «miracle workers» I’d probably would use that phrase. I have visited several (SEVERAL) top rated physical therapy centers in DC, NY and NJ over the past 10 years to relieve the same problems. No one has been able to successfully help and some have even said «you’re going to have to live with it».
From day one, this team of professional, attentive and serious physical therapists fixed me up. They know their stuff. Matthew, Yuchin and Paul are insanely knowledgeable, they take the time to really figure out what ails you, they never try to hustle you out, they’re with you every minute of the session. I learn something new about my body and how it works every time.
Whether you’re an athlete or just someone trying to bounce your body back to mobility, this is the ONLY place I’d recommend.

I can say enough about this new, (new to me) treatment of dry needling. I am in
the hospital industry and sought out the best ortho/​psysiatrists in the metro area.
I suffered what we later learned of two bulging and two herniated discs although
my back never bothered me that much; just thought this is what to expect at age 63.
A fellow professional observed me still limping badly even after two spine epidurals.
I’ve come to belive that it gets relief to most, however not in my case. I suffered with
level 8 and 9 pain below the knee along the fibula and calf down and including the
ankle. This was in day 10 post op epidural.
Fortunately my friend suggeted I see Yuchin Chang, a top notch brilliant therapy
professional with more distinguished titles than I could count. I was told by others
it’s similar to acupuncture, but is not Eastern medicine. It’s origin came from a
cardiac surgeon in California some years ago (traditional western medicine).
After 45 minutes of a one hour appointment in which Yuchin observed, palpated
and examined all of my bony structures, I received 3 needles in the next few minutes.
DON’T WORRY — It really doesn’t hurt. She asked me to rise from the examining table and prompted me to walk.
VOILA’ ZERO pain in the entire calf area in one sessions.
The next two visits she obliterated the pain on the entire fibula side of the left leg.
One had to be there to beilieve it! I’m several weeks discharged from her fine service and happy to report that I continue to be pain free.

For the public’s sake, I’ll probably agree that it sounds somewhat unorthodox. But
after speaking with several neurologists, they all agree that DRY NEEDLING has
absolute value. I’m walking proof. Educate yourself, check the internet, ask MD’s
that are on the cutting edge. They all agree that his has absolute value for the
