One of the keys on my macbook fell off and I wasn’t sure how to replace it. I took it into Rocket and they helped me replace the key within minutes. They were super helpful and nice. I will definitely go back with any computer or cell phone problems.

They don’t give up until they solve the problem.
I knew these guys when they were part of Tech Heroes. Now they’re on their own. While I always regarded them as cell phone ninjas, I didn’t know they were great with computers as well.
I own a mid-​2011 MacBook Pro. Those of you that are MAC geeks know this is a problematic model that’s prone to hissy fits that result in the dreaded black screen of death upon crashing. Recently, mine took issue with El Capitan – and would not boot up without crashing. Repeatedly.
Researching it online, it told me if a few quick suggested fixes didn’t work, I’d have to reinstall the OS and I may lose everything. They didn’t work for me. This is a huge issue for me since of course I didn’t back it up. I was fearing a dead computer and lost data.
I took it to Rocket on Saturday, and today by COB, they had fixed it and gotten everything back! They did a whole bunch of things until they had it humming.
They’re Good. Honest. Reasonable. Trust them with your finicky computer or cell phone.
