I haven’t been anywhere great since I moved to Connecticut. This place is the best. They got me in without an appointment, Philip was very accommodating. Alex did my nails. I have the WORST hands. I am also impatient and also very picky. Alex was detail oriented, kind,/and gentle. The final product was FANTASTIC! I will be back. I am addicted to oasis and Alex’s fantastic nails.

Oasis is the best place for service, quality, and customer care. I have been many places but this is by far, the VERY best!

Although I don’t get my nails done often, when I do I always go to Oasis. Yesterday, I was getting acrylic tips for graduation but the wait for a nail technician was a little longer than usual. When it was finally my turn, they gave me silk wrap nails for the price of acrylics because of the long wait. Along with that, the woman who did my nails was very skilled and they came out beautifully. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and I look forward to going back.

I have always had excellent manicures and pedicures here. The salon is very pretty and the staff is very nice and friendly. I have not had anything else done here but a number of people say June gives amazing massages. Everything always looks neat and tidy and there is not usually any kind of wait.

We have developed a very uneasy alliance with these sort of nail salons. We pretend they are some version of a spa and accept the spotty service because we aren’t paying salon prices. It’s quite a peculiar alliance. Therefore if you haven’t completely signed on, you may want to go somewhere else. But if you are on board with this treaty Oasis is a lovely place to get a good, or sometimes great predicate — and a place to get a mediocre or if you are very lucky a good manicure. Best thing is they will fit you in, so if you need either you can, of course, just walk in.

I came into this salon about 2 hours before having to go to work. I saw a couple of people in there so I was getting ready to leave because I didn’t want to feel rushed. The woman closest to the door assured me more people were coming to work and to have a seat.
After thirty minutes she had me sit at a station. The station had all the old paper towels with nail clippings, and cuticle cuttings on them. Ten minutes after that when someone sat down she didn’t even change out the paper towel before starting to work on me. She wiped off her supplies instead of sanitizing them. I should have ran but at this point I didn’t have much time left to go elsewhere. I hadn’t been able to get them done yet that week and I wanted my nails to get fixed up and look professional upon returning from maternity leave that day.
So I opted out of cuticle work, I had a shellac french manicure which the lines ended up being crooked and sloppy looking by the end of inspection. I even had another lady switch out to apply the top coat because another customer came in. She didn’t inform me or try to fix it.
I had a gift card to go to their shop in Guilford and I feel bad my grandma paid money to this place! Totally not worth the money, more expensive than my regular place.
You couldn’t pay me to go back!
Also after 4 days my nails were already chipping! Shellac should be good for at least 10 days when done properly usually it lasts longer!

Oasis easily accommodated our last minute request for three mani-​pedis. The pedicure was long and relaxing with a lovely massage. The manicure was a bit more basic. Our technicians were friendly and professional, and worked carefully. We did not feel rushed, unlike other places I’ve visited. I got a UV gel manicure and regular polish pedicure (total ~$ 70), and I’m waiting to see if they stand up to the test of time. Overall, a great experience.

If I still lived in the area this would be my go to spot for a mani pedi. They are reasonably priced and most importantly to me they use super clean tools. Nice polish selection too. They’ve always done a nice job.

Have never been disappointed with any service I’ve received from Oasis. Wouldn’t go anywhere else on the shoreline.

I have been to Oasis for a manicure many times and I’ve always left happy!
The staff are extremely friendly! Even for a walk-​in the wait is never long. The manicure is basic (no paraffin wax) but good quality and fast. When you go to the drier to dry your nails, your manicurist gives you a little courtesy shoulder massage.
