As the receptionist of strandz salon I have never seen or heard of the person who wrote the previous review. Judy is an great colorist and stylist. She did my color correction and it came out beautiful!

This is the WORST hair salon I have ever been to. I went here because I accidentally colored my hair orange, and hoped they could fix it. They did, but turned my beautiful blonde hair brown. I called them that night on the phone, and asked if they could fix it. They said they would, but for an additional price. Judy, the owner, was SO rude to me on the phone. From many years of coloring my hair, generally speaking, if the customer is not happy, you fix it for free. NOT happy with my hair. I have never felt more ugly than I do right now. NEVER go to Strandz.
