The only reason why I did not give Summit Credit a 5 star rating is because there is always room for improvement (boy, have I been through a few performance evaluations!).
I have been with Summit Credit Union since 1991, when it was formerly known as Cuna Credit Union, and then it was Greater Wisconsin Credit for a short bit. I no longer live in WI and I still bank with Summit, all online and through CU Services.
Never in last 24 years have I ever had a bad experience nor been treated unprofessionally, seriously; no lie. I highly recommend Summit to everyone and to go to any other credit union for that matter (I am a member of two other credit unions close to where I live).
No I did not receive any sort of remuneration for this post.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would leave 0 stars.
I have banked at a few places as I have lived in several areas of the country. Summit Credit Union is unprofessional and has double standards that they choose to implement to fit their needs. A bank needs to have set, logical protocols that are followed. This place operates on a «case-​by-​case» basis. They are personal, personal as in unprofessional. They will not hesitate to treat you like a child and berate you if you have an overdraft. They arrange deposits and withdrawals to work to their advantage so that you will overdraft even if you have enough in your account. They closed an account after they accepted a direct deposit so that my checks would bounce. I was not informed.
