At first was a bit unhappy. I asked to see a few styles, and the sales person brought out a huge selection of everything but what I wanted. I ended up liking and purchasing a pair of the abeo shoes that they sell. I wore the abeo shoes for 2 days, and decided I did not like them at all. I went back the the store to exchange and they were more then helpful! I walked out with the original shoe that I wanted!
The first sales person didn’t listen well… I found out she was new. The second visit won me. Very helpful and understanding! No problem resolution! Customer satisfaction is top on the list!
