We used UGP recently and everything was top notch!
The customer service was exceptional was well — Steve was great!
I found the entire process from start to finish to be very smooth and easy!

We needed custom T-​Shirts for a fundraiser and I came across their website and started playing with the design tool. Super great design tool and very easy to use. The ability to switch colors of your design right in the shirt was awesome!
After tinkering with the design, we hit submit quote and got one back right away.
Then …everything got even better. Customer Service was top notch! Steve was quick to email me back and answer all questions I had and helped me get an even better price on the shirts by working a few details on the colors.
I def recommend Underground Printing and we will use them again next year for sure!

UGP is the best ! We have worked with Steve for 3 years now, he always gets our order done on time, looking good, and cheaper than other local vendors. He is super patient through the whole design process, and keeps the whole thing on track.
Would highly recommend, especially because of their commitment to supporting local organizations. I would say for any printing needs, go ahead and ‘shop local’ with UGP because they are totally worth it !

I’ve never ordered a whole bunch of custom shirts before… Found myself in charge of the church’s VBS program this year. Their website was easy to use, but most of all, the customer service was fantastic. Extremely prompt, easy to work with. Great job!
