Worst experience I have had at a restaurant. Asked why I left no tip. Argued with me that I needed to leave one. Woman at the front stared at me and then got all irritated and was being loud. Will never be returning.

Wanted some pad thai this place had it entrée listed so I went. The prices were reasonable and staff was courteous. The appetizer was to me before I was done washing my hands and the meal was there a few minutes after so wait time is not a concern here. The quality of the pad Thai was not what I was looking for. The noodles were mushy but the spring rolls were very good.

Everything we have had here has been amazing! We just ordered through Unilocal.Super cool! The place is rather small which seems to help them really care about the food quality.

Quality has been bouncing around a bit the last few visits. Hope they haven’t changed cooks or something.

Nothing extraordinary, but it’s rather good quality for a decent price. Nice décor, clean, & good service.

Very good food and I definitely recommend Fu’s. Service is very good and the deliver. This is my go to place for Chinese in the back of The Woodlands.

My wife and I went in for dinner and aside from the drab atmosphere, our previous meals there have been mediocre at best. Tonight’s experience was so bad, I paid cash and left without eating the food. We kindly requested that they replace the meal as it was literally uneatable, but with a straight face, they said, «no, we just throw it out?» The soup tasted like cleaning fluid, and the Pad Thai was overcooked, soggy, tasteless and over spiced. They refused to accommodate us on any level, so I had to pay cash for the uneaten meal and left. The food is terrible and their commitment to customer satisfaction is even worse. Never returning, would rather burn my money and go hungry.

This is as good as any Chinese place in the area. Food is ALWAYS made fresh. We go there once every couple of months and it seems to be getting better with each visit. Service is great. I’ve never done take out. I usually get the jalapeño chicken which is made with fresh jalapeños and un-breaded chicken. Child’s plates are small, probably the size for only asub 8 year old. Very clean and nice modern look.

I’ve eaten here before and it was passable. Saturday it was horrific. Rubber potstickers and the first ingredient in each plate was salt. Mixed Kung Pao, Green bean chicken, Mongolian Beef, Chicken Lo Mein all inedible. Beef with broccoli was less salty and okay. Szechuan eggplant was actually good. Owner offered a replacement for one item on my next visit. I am dying to find decent Chinese food in NW Houston but I have about given up. This place gets props for only doing bad Chinese, not bad all Asian cuisine like every other«Chinese» restaurant up here. I wanted to love Fu’s and their owners who are actually Chinese but I could not. Maybe try one more time but it was truly awful this time.

Girlfriend and I ordered delivery last night. We tried Beef and Broccoli, General Tsaos, egg drop, hot sour soup, and egg rolls. None of it was very good and the hot and sour soup was uneatable. The delivery guy was nice but the food quality was horrible.

The General’s Chicken is amazing. They use jalapeños in the sauce, it really adds a wonderful dimension to the flavor.

Always willing to try new Chinese as there is a lack of REAL Chinese {meaning other than Americanized buffet} in the Tomball/Magnolia area. It’s just MEH! The décor is bizarre. The food was mediocre. There was literally nothing memorable about this experience. With DD2 just up 1488 I won’t be going here again.

Tried this place for the first time today and already know we are going to be regulars. The jalapeño chicken and Mongolian chicken is amazing. The spice level is what we have been searching for. The fried rice has a great flavor too. 4 out of 5 stars for sure. Could be 5 stars but it was freezing in there. :)

Warning: The dinner menu is completely ala carte. We ordered: beef + snap peas sweet + sour chicken — Came out as a full plate of chicken; no sauce, no veggies. sweet + sour sauce in a bowl chicken lo mien rice a coke tea The restaurant is very clean and the staff was very friendly, but we had to purchase ALL of the above. There is no family meal available. My spirits were crushed. This meal was going to break the bank if we wanted to add soup and appetizer. I am still in shock that we had to pay for a pot of tea. The food is good, but the option of a family meals would better serve this restaurant.
