Worst experience ever!!! The drive through took over 30 minutes and my food was just sitting on the counter cold when I got it. The people working were not concerned at all about the long wait and served five people in the store before coming to the window to give me my cold food. when I got home there was a nasty hair in my broccoli. Don’t go here!

Walked in, and there were dirty tables, and no one seems to care or clean up. When ordering, there were 5 people behind the counter, no one was willing to help me. How about this, get some American’s to work there. All Spanish worker’s, hardly able to speak a lick on English. Go somewhere else

We’ve had great service and food every time at this location. The drive thru was quick and efficient and inside is very clean.

We lived near a Panda Express in our previous home and were very happy to see one so close to our new home. Over the last year, we have seen this Panda Express consistently decline both in terms of quality and customer service. At one time there was a middle-aged Asian man who appeared to be the manager, and as long as he was there, everything was good. He was very efficient and customer oriented, and he always went out of his way to check and see if our food was satisfactory. We haven’t seen him in some time and that could be the problem. The last few times we have gone there during the lunch rush they have been out of many items and even when there is no one else waiting, we are told it will take 10 minutes or so to cook the food — as though they can’t anticipate or keep up with demand. Today I stopped in for what probably will be the last time. A very pleasant young man was working behind the counter(I have not seen him before) and when I ordered he told me that they were out of the items I wanted but he would check and see how long the order would take. He turned to the cook and said he needed more Shanghai Beef, and the cook turned around with a very surly attitude and told the young man that he wasn’t cooking anything for him until he learned to say please! The young man was clearly shocked and tried to maintain his composure. I excused myself and said I couldn’t wait — but I felt very sorry for the young man. I don’t know what the tension between the employees is, but the young man behind the counter was more polite than many teens who work in fast food are(Chick-Fil-A and Freddy’s aside, where they are ALWAYS polite). Whatever the situation, the cook was completely out of line to berate him in front of the customers. I don’t ever see the company responding to these posts or using customer feedback to improve their business, so I don’t hold out much hope that things will improve. And that tells me more about Panda Express than I need to know.

SPEAKENGLISH! Why would you have someone who can’t speak English working the drive thru? Finally someone with a little comprehension came over the speaker but by that time I was so aggravated I told them to forget about it and left. No it wasn’t Chinese either it was SPANISH.

This is the second time I have been to this particular location and the second time the service has blown chunks. The first time I went was about six months ago around 7:30 on a weekday night. There were a number of people behind the counter yet none appeared to be serving customers. Eventually I go my food which was passable. Yesterday I went and there were two people behind the counter as it was about 1:45 after the lunch rush. One woman was on the headeset with a drive through customer and ignored me. A guy was not really doing anything and ignored me so I left. I wont be returning a third time.
