Poor seating location, too close to the bar. burger was good not great, fries burnt, two mistakes on the two orders. very, very loud! décor poor, no beer prices on the menu. disappointing will not return. I have been trying different burger places in the bergen county area, not worth the time or the money.

Ordered room service while staying at the doubletree that’s attached to Boom Burger and the food was horrible! My buffalo shrimp were way over cooked, the fries were old, my bacon burger was over salted, etc etc. The hostess is extremely impatient over the phone and had a stank rudeness in her voice on both of the calls I placed to them.

Unfortunately, the service is hit or miss. The food is good, the burgers can be great, but if you don’t get a good waiter /waitress, you are out of luck. Completely ruins the experience. Our last 2 visits were awful.

Positively worthy of 5-stars. .visited here day after Christmas, crowd was plenty full, seated at table within 10 minutes, attentive service and most importantly the food was Excellent! Their Burgers are made from the famous, «Pat LeFrieida» brand of gourmet ground beef. If you know anything about this particular signature brand, then you know exactly what I’m talking about! When I say the Best of the Best, I seriously mean the Best of the Best when it comes to Burger quality. I had the Sriracha Burger with Sriracha mayo, a Bacon double and the Jersey Guido — all kick a z z!!! Fries were crispy — very positive experience.

Got fries at the bar that were saturated with salt. food stunk. Waitress was very nice and polite though and on her game. Sleazy escort girls frequent the bar area here.

This Boom is the BOMB! the Nachos Grande were very tasty and I had the Signature Boom Burger. This was a taste explosion in my mouth. Obscenely juicy, very flavorful, perfect meat to bun ratio. All out a home run! I will be back!

I had a salad and it was fine but the service was awful. My waitress took forever to even bring me a beer. I heard the burgers are amazing though and I regret not having one. I may have given this place one more star if I knew what those tasted like.

This place is good. My favorite is the tower of onion rings, and there burgers are great. This is my moms favorite burger joint she’s always asking me if I want to go here. I love the atmosphere and at night it really comes alive. It’s a great place, if you haven’t been already you gotta come here!

Came here for happy hour. We called ahead and the hostess said their happy hour specials were $ 5 top shelf and 50% off beers. When we got here the bartender said $ 2 off beer and $ 5 mixed drinks. Strike 1. We got a menu and asked what mixed drinks were happy hour special since everything on their menu was a 48oz mixed drink. We never really got a straight answer except the menu drinks were $ 22. She said she could make something similar in a smaller size. We ordered a whiskey with a little sour and a baby boomerang(a smaller version of the 48oz drink). My husband’s drink had no sour. Strike 2. We got the bill and my baby boomerang was $ 12 not the expected $ 5 for a mixed drink. Strike 3. The food and drinks were delicious! Which is a shame, because after that service we will not be coming back.

Super convenient if you are staying at the doubletree. Food — basic bar menu, but the buffalo shrimp salad and ahi tuna salad were a pleasant surprise. It wasn’t standard iceberg lettuce either. Drinks — Guinness on tap… Enough sai Staff — very friendly and prompt

Very good burgers and fries. Limited menu. Outside bar and seating overlooks RT. 17. But food is good and reasonably affordable. Good servers and nice sports bar atmosphere.

Came to celebrate a coworkers birthday(and catch some March Madness games). This was my first time ever in a Boom Burger so I was excited to check it out. I first noticed a large outdoor patio with TVs and heated light fixtures, I was so bummed that it was still too cold out to enjoy it. The inside of this place is kind of clubby looking, very dark with bright red lights. There’s a good amount of TVs spread throughout so it makes a good spot for any sports watching with a group. I was with about ten other people so we started off with just drinks. I only had mixed drinks and they were good. I did hear people in my party complaining about the Guinness though, they said it was very skunked. For food we split some appetizers amongst the table: nachos, chicken fingers and mozzarella sticks(2 orders of each). The chicken fingers were the best out of the three… they were made with real pieces of chicken and I liked the breading they used. The honey mustard had a funky kind of twang to it but it was still good. The nachos were just mediocre. They had a big, sloppy scoop of fake guacamole on them. It was tasteless and unfortunately covered many of the chips. I’ve had way better nachos in my day, so I would never order these again. The mozzarella sticks were alright… they were breaded very heavily, which to me made them less appealing. The birthday boy was still hungry after the appetizers so he indulged in a double cheeseburger and french-fries. I didn’t taste the burger personally but he said it was very good but greasy(which I think is to be expected for a place like this). The night was finished with a surprise birthday treat, which I believe was some chocolate cake with whipped cream and a cherry. It came out with one of those crazy sparklers which got everyone’s attention. The service overall was good. Our waitress was busy as the place was packed with people glued to their March Madness brackets but she was still attentive of our larger party. I think this is a good spot for happy hour, not so sure if I would come here just for the food. BTW — they don’t accept Discover cards.

Have never had a meal here but have done happy hour at the bar a couple times. Bartenders are slow! Last time we were there they kinda ignored us. Have tried a couple of apps while at the bar and they were good. Would like to try some of there other food and see how the table service it’s. If I do, I will update my review.

Servuce was friendly and attentive, burgers were ok. I just didn’t appreciate the décor as it looked nore luke a bar or a club rather than a burger joint. Onion rings, french fries are pretty good but all of the doesn’t overcome the dark décor. I think this is a bar or club that just serves burgers. I am glad we went during the day as no doubt it would have been load crowded if we had went at night.
