I’m not a huge fan of Firehouse subs in the first place, but this location is especially challenging. The lunch hour is busy, of course. Getting through the line to order was not difficult, but it took far too long to actually get my meal. There is no where for take out people to stand and wait, so you are constantly standing in the way of servers bringing out food for other tables.
I wish there wee more vegetable options for the veggie sub. They definitely specialize in hot, meaty subs, but it would be great to have a substantial vegan option.

Oh the turkey bacon ranch is AMAZING !! Was in and out at 12:00 and they were nice. Highly recommended

We weren’t greeted at all and stood waiting longer than necessary while FOUR employees worked on something behind the counter. I give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were working on a call-​in order but someone could have said «hello, be right with you».

Food is good here but depends on the day it seems. Came in at a busy lunch it was great. Came on a weekend around lunch they were slow and the sub wasn’t as hot as it should have been and it took forever! We were the only people waiting for orders. It’s really busy at lunch get ready to wait.
