I saw the lady at the counter mistreat two customers in a row. One was an old man who had trouble remembering which brand of an item he bought last and the other one was me. I had just bought something and then got back in line to ask for some change in coins. She was irritable both times and spoke to us in a rude manner.
This lady should not be working in customer service. I know it’s not an easy job (I’ve done it myself) but she was unduly irritable.
This was on Sunday May 8, 2016 at approximately 8:30AM. She was wearing a name tag; her name started with a B but I don’t remember the exact spelling.

What can I say? This is your everyday, run of the mill kind of 7-​eleven. Pretty good snack selection, pretty good location, small parking lot, friendly staff.
