Always late or messed up in some way. Usually I call the day before asks they still always make me wait. Today I went in person after some annoyances she said 15 mins she promised me she would text when it was ready so I didn’t have to hang around. That was 2 hours ago, still waiting. As if t that want bad enough there generally have a nasty impatient attitude. Oh also I Just picked up my stuff. I have tried to get them to change my address for months! At least 6 requests. I just asked then to change it again, at last the 6th time, she said she did. After our transaction I asked her what my address is and she have me the old one yet again. How can a multi billion dollar company be so incompetent?

Pharmacy was so slow at getting any medication out. Every person who came in to pick up a prescription was told to wait 10 minutes which turned into 20 – 30 minutes. My prescription was only suppose to take a half hour to make and I came back three hours later and it was still not done.

The best organized CVS I have been to. Clear, new signs over aisles that are easier to read than the old style. Friendly staff. This CVS store does not try to force feed self checkout like the vastly inefficient Central Square Cambridge branch near my work.
