This morning around 8:45am (solidly rush hour) in the middle of Harvard Square a black Innovative Contracting pick-​up license N71−55(?) was texting while driving and then drifted out of their lane on Mass Ave and into the marked bike lane, almost taking out two kids on bikes before driving off. Thank god they didn’t drift to the other side into the cars rushing by. If that is how they treat their own property and lives, it makes you wonder.

We recently bought a house and found we had some issues with the front porch roof taking in some water. We got the name of ICS from the previous owners as the people who did the roof initially.
I called ICS and they send someone out to look within a few days. The person who came to take a look said they would have to send someone else to come take a look. That person never came. I’ve called ICS back a few times and left them a message. No one has ever answered the phone again or called back. I’ve moved on to another company at this point.
