It was crazy to hear that there is actually a ranch in Malibu but there really is a for real ranch. They have all kinds of animals but I was especially fascinated by the ostrich that I hear sometimes pecks at people if you get too close. They even have these really cute teepees and log cabins that you can stay in. I’ll be back there for sure at next years event to roast some marshmallows, hang out with the animals, and hopefully stay in one of the teepees.

This is the CUTEST ranch you’ll find in Malibu (well it’s actually right by the border to Ventura County) at 1500 ft above sea level. Getting there was a bitch (we had to drive up a very windy scary road in a mustang. So I wasn’t too thrilled about my life being in danger nor the parking situation (there really isn’t one in a canyon. They do a lot of work with urban kids and feature a petting zoo with llamas (a fav), buffalo, ponies and any other ranch animal you could think of! I came here with my associate for Cure in the Canyons and had an absolute BLAST. I’m going back to check out the ranch — you should too!
