This place is amazing. It is a perfect spot for a Malibu event. My wife and I had the perfect wedding here and could not be more happy with our choice of location.
Richard, the property owner, is incredibly professional and easy to work with. He is a pleasure to talk to. Be sure to ask him about the history of the property. I highly recommend Cypress Sea Cove.

This is the most beautiful property on PCH! Richard, the owner, is wonderful and very easy to work with.
We are thrilled that we had our wedding at Cypress Sea Cove. All our guests commented on how it looked like a celebrity wedding and right out of a movie! Our photographer could have taken pictures of us all night because there were so many beautiful shots!
If you are thinking about a Malibu wedding, this is your only option! You will fall in love and book the place the minute you enter!

I almost don’t want to tell anyone else about this place because I want it to be our little secret. However if you want a dream wedding then you should put this place on your short list, right below HEAVEN. We just got married there this past weekend and all I can say is that it is no coincidence a magical flock of pelicans flew behind us at the alter during the ceremony. It was that perfect. The owner Richard is amazing, and his property was so well maintained and green. This is also by far the only place that has an incredible ocean view with real access to the sand. He even planted fresh flowers especially for us! Everyone could not stop telling us that it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. Book this place immediately!

I originally posted what I believe was a detailed, honest, and fair review of Cypress Sea Cove and gave it two stars. The owner subsequently threatened to sue me if I didn’t get rid of the review (hence the revision to one star). It is my belief that he has absolutely no case, but I’ll go ahead and comply. If you need more detail than that, I can’t help you but I wish you luck.
