The people that work here are rude and have no idea what customer service means. They can’t even make an egg sandwich. They said that it’s not in their system past 11am. What BS.

Your average subway! No complaints, but I can see why some people might not get perfect customer service

Dirty and disgusting. Don’t even bother ordering with the app. Even though we put our order in half an hour in advance they were still late 15 minutes to make our sandwich. Don’t bother coming here. Make your own sandwich.

I expected this subway to be better than the valley locations… wrong! Stopped here on our way to zuma beach. Rude «sandwhich artists» and dryyyyyyyyyy tasting bread. We had a white, wheat and jalapeño so it wasn’t just one kind.

I visited this subway on a slow Sunday night and now I know why it was empty. I walked in and right at that second the guys at the counter ‘Jose’ and ‘Carlos’ stared at me and made me feel very uncomfortable. I asked if they had a restroom and Jose looked at me like I was stupid and didn’t even tell me where it was located nor did he tell me I needed a key to get in. He continued to look at me like I was dumb then started to say things in Spanish under his breath. Little did he know I speak Spanish. Once I got out of the restroom I wasn’t even greeted all Jose said was what kind of bread in Spanish. A lady took over and said Spanish or ingles?!? I said English and she walked away. At that point I didn’t want a sandwhich anymore. My friends were hungry so they ate there and we were getting stated at the entire time. The lady was off then and as she walked out the man named Carlos said be careful and she looked at us and said they’re the ones who need to be careful. I hated my experience over all, it was the worst time I’ve ever had at any subway. I would not recommend it to anyone and I will continue to spread the word about my horrible time here.
