Today I was in the Saratoga Springs area and had time for a sit down lunch. I decided to try their Reuben sandwich. It was perfect. The meat had no grizzle or extra fat unlike the meat at so many other places I’ve eaten at. The bartender Amanda was also extremely pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

This continues to be one of the best places you can go for excellent food, service, and entertainment. My family always leaves satisfied and wanting to come back again. One of my favorite dishes on the menu is the Country Fried Chicken. Awesome job everyone!!!

Absolutely with out a doubt the most pleasant and hospitable place I’ve ever been to. Great, great food and quality people. A diamond on the outskirts of Saratoga Springs, and a must try in my opinion. Deserts are unbelievable, dinners and apps are great with a great beer selection to back it up. Will stop here every time I go by.

We made a reservation for 7 people tonight(Saturday). We arrived about 15 minutes early to find our table reserved and set up with water glasses. The service and food were great! The owner stopped by our table personally to see how everything was going which is always nice. We will definitely be back!

Attractive externally, with plenty of parking. Well-designed interior. Clean bathrooms, which is a plus. Server was friendly, prompt and met all of our needs. We had a Cuban sandwich, buffalo chicken wrap and burgers, all with fries. My glass(es) of house wine were 6.50 each, a solid pour and decent quality. The spouse had some blueberry beer that was served in a super cute glass. The bill was $ 63 for two glasses of wine, one beer, one pop and 4 sandwiches. Not bad on those fronts. Tables were too close together. I’ll pay an extra $ 1 – 2 per person to have a bit more breathing room at my table. It got very, very loud when full. Everyone loved the fries, but no one seemed that overjoyed with their sandwich. I’ll try it again, I’m sure, but not in a hurry.

While traveling I stopped here for lunch. Nice looking restaurant from the exterior and right off Route 87 so very convenient. I had the Steak Burger and fries. Food was good and cooked as I requested. Can’t ask for much more. 4 Stars … Seemed like service was a little slow. Waited about 20 minutes for the burger. May be my lack of patience but I’m working on that. Also was in a hurry to get back on the road. I would try it again.

Ate here May 42016. Very disappointed in the steak. I like my steak rare and got it rare, but I could barely eat it there was a LOT of grizzle. For $ 28 I expect to eat my entire steak, or at least half, nope couldn’t do it. The few bites I had were delicious, however the bulk of it was truly not edible. I didn’t want to ‘ruin the mood’ for the others at my table, so I didn’t complain. I wish the waitress asked me what was wrong when I said I didn’t want it wrapped to go — as it was obvious 90% of my steak was not eaten! The others at my table had no complaints. Caesar Salad wrap, burger and some chicken onion and pepper dish. It was a nice, bright, clean atmosphere with good drinks. I will try again, but probably not the steak!

Noticed this restaurant coming off the Northway, and decided to meet a friend there for lunch. I was more than pleasantly surprised with the authentic, mouth-watering Cuban panini(savory pork, delicious ham and Swiss cheese) that I have only been able to find in Miami or parts of Jersey City, NJ. The onion rings that accompanied the sandwich were nice and crisp and oh so wonderful. My friend’s patty melt was cooked to perfection and came with fries that were done the way they should be. I will be back for the Cuban panini, for sure, but will try some of the other interesting choices on the menu.

Great place if your in the mood for some good bar food and an ice-cold beer. Nice atmosphere for happy hour or a casual date. Owner makes the regular rounds and is always looking for feedback. Service was excellent at the bar and they have the latest in draught beer dispensing with a good selection. Wine selection is also great. Location seems a little weird at first but it’s actually perfect. It’s right off the Northway @ 9 so it’s easy to meet people coming/going from different directions and it’s not far away from the normal commutes to/from GlobalFoundries. We found a new happy hour hangout. Can’t wait to try out some more items off the menu.

The atmosphere was boring and brown. The lights over the table were so bright it looked like people were being interrogated in a police office. My burger was nothing special and the bacon was microwaved. The bun tasted like it sat on the counter for hours as it was dry and tasteless. The burger came with fries which were good but this whole place is nothing special and we won’t be back.

Stumbled upon this restaurant in plain sight. Unsuspecting from the outside, casual on the inside and surprisingly good American fare! Sat at the bar and had attentive, extremely friendly and helpful service from our bartender, Sam. Clams in an orange ginger sauce were on special, they were excellent. Large, properly cleaned and cooked Great Neck clams in a sweet orange juice sauce. The nachos were great too, a ton of real cheddar(not cheese sauce!), house made pico de gallo, grilled chicken and fresh, not pickled, jalapeños. Vegetable beef soup was better than your average diner with more beef(ribeye!) And fresh, chunky veggies than broth. No crackers required! Salads were also large and fresh. Would recommend for a regular go-to. Not earth shattering, but above average in quality. Portions are large enough to make the above average quality a very good value, no matter the price.(It’s reasonable!) I can’t wait to try more entrees.

Stayed in a hotel nearby and happened to stumble upon this place. What a gem! DELICIOUS food, fabulous steak, mouth watering dessert! A must when we visit. The place was packed with locals and yet service was impeccable. Will definitely be back!

My first visit to this new restaurant. I went with a friend, we decided we would give it a try. We started with the potato skins with bacon. There were 5 large skins with a side of sour cream. This was very good with a lot of bacon flavor. I had the special for the day burger with mushrooms and Swiss cheese. The burger was cooked exactly as I asked and it was big! If I had a complaint it would be that I would prefer a softer roll. I like potato rolls but, that’s just me. My friend had the 12″ personal broccoli pizza. It had to be good, he ate every bite. The service was great. The waitress made sure we were well taken care of. The owner went around to each table and made sure everything was satisfactory. If they stay on the course they’re on now this place will be there for a very long time! I plan on going back soon!

New favorite restaurant. I recommend the pattimelt or the Ruben. Great for kids! My 1 year old very much enjoyed drawing on table with crayons. Waitstaff are friendly. I can’t wait to go back.

Hubby & I visited last night(Saturday) and it was packed! Great atmosphere. Waited 15 minutes. Great wait service. Instantly had our beverages and 2 rolls(huge) w/garlic & cinnamon butters. We started with mozzarella sticks. Good but typical pub fare. Hubby wanted prime melt special but they just ran out so he got a Reuben with a side of slaw and I got the Monte Cristo with sweet potato fries. Both AWESOME and we took half home each! Unless you’re a lumberjack, each sandwich is 2 meals. I saw two women having carrot cake and while I NEVER get dessert, I ordered one to go. Oh. My. God. I hope to spread the eating of this cake for the next several days. It is to die for. Other desserts sounded like they need a try too. WILL be back! Oh, and the guy who I assume was the owner stopped by the table a couple of times to make sure we were happy. We were happy. Great décor too. My only complaint was that I was cold. It was a bit drafty and even with 2 layers I was cold.

Excellent service, hosted greeted is quickly and made us feel welcome. Medium size bar restaurant that looks amazing. Great special«Samoa Martini» was yummy. Food came out fairly quick and was very fresh and delicious. We are a grilled chicken Ceasar salad and black and blue burger both very good. Prices were very fair compared to service and food. Decent size dining hall good for families and small groups. Large house shoe bar with great bartender. Will come back for sure.

Don’t just drive past! Good food, Large portions, Nice ambiance. My wife and I stopped here mid afternoon on a weekday. We sat at a booth, really enjoying the décor. We got nachos, it came with melted shredded cheese in lieu of nacho sauce, which my wife prefers. I got a club sandwich that was too large to wrap my mouth around and my wife got a huge skillet of mac and cheese. The food was great and we both had enough left over for lunch the next day.

Us three retired folk wanted someplace for lunch with reasonable prices and decent food. That’s not a lot to ask and there are certainly many places that fit the bill(no pun intended). But we had not yet been to 13 North since it only recently opened after what seemed like an extended and extensive renovation time. I believe that time was well spent. Upon entry the bar/lounge area looked clean, bright and inviting with its silver-metal high-tops, low tables, and of course bar stools. We chose to sit in an adjacent room with low tables, booths, plenty of window light, and no TV. There were maybe 6 other customers there when we arrived on a Monday just after 12:30, but at least 12 or more customers arrived by the time we left. While my cohorts were already on their second meal of the day, this was only my first. So I felt justified in ordering a Founders Breakfast Stout while they each ordered iced tea. It was nice to see that the Founders was served in the appropriate breakfast vessel(see photo). The menu has a bit of everything that you might expect in an American pub/tavern. Soups($ 4-$ 5) and Salads($ 4-$ 11). Appetizers included Mozzarella Sticks($ 7), Nachos($ 10), Sliders($ 8), Chicken Wings($ 8), and more. There are Sandwiches, Wraps, Paninis($ 8-$ 10), and 8 oz. Burgers($ 10-$ 11). Entrees cover steaks($ 26-$ 28), chops($ 18), chicken($ 16-$ 18), fish($ 19), mac and cheese($ 15), and pasta($ 10). There are even gluten free options and a menu for the little ones. My choice was the Pub Burger($ 11), topped with provolone, caramelized onions, bacon and horseradish mayo. The plate also was dressed with a large leaf of lettuce, a slice of tomato, and a slice of red onion, all of which I decided to add to the soft roll. I ordered the burger medium-rare and that’s exactly how it was served.(Note: While another reviewer was displeased because the bottom of her roll got soggy, I found this acceptable as I was able to still enjoy the juices from the beef by simply turning the entire sandwich upside down.) I also opted for a $ 1 upgrade for a side of onion rings which our server said were very good, but not made in-house. She was correct that they were good, not greasy at all, but still closer to average. The beef had a nice flavor as was noted by my fellow lunch mate who had ordered a Cheeseburger($ 10) with a side of lightly seasoned waffle fries. His was also cooked perfectly to his requested medium-well. The third in our party started with a House Salad($ 4) with the standard lettuce, shredded carrots, sliced pepper, onions, and tomato wedges. He then moved on to, and said he enjoyed, an order of a dozen Chicken Wings($ 8), choosing the Hot variety among about 9 available choices. He commented that«hot» here was actually hot, unlike many other places. While the choice of draft beers was not deep, it did likely have something for most beer drinkers. There are still several items on the menu that I’m interested in trying, so it’s highly likely I’ll stop back with my wife in tow when we’re passing by. Our server was friendly and efficient, she even wrote her name on the postal wrapping paper cover of our table, using the crayons in a small cup on our table, in case we needed to get her attention. Just don’t ask me now if it was Lisa or Liz.

Not what I expected but satisfied wait staff is friendly basic bar food. The 13 North Panni — turkey cheddar cheese slice apples bacon with cranberry mayo the side of mac salad a was OK best was the 13 north fries with gravy and the garlic butter the cinnamon butter was OK but would go much better with breakfast on a bagel then on a dinner roll . The price is reasonable good for a quick bite to eat Former staff not management of the D Line Pub !

Large portions of American coffee shop/diner food served in a pleasant casual atmosphere. I got the Cuban sandwich which I wouldn’t recommend; the house made focaccia overpowers the filling. However, everybody else’s food looked better than mine so I’ll have to give it another try. The prices seem a buck or two higher than they should be, then you see the portions which are really large. Almost everybody was taking away a doggie bag. A geographical note: if you’re on I-87 looking for a place right off the Northway, this is your best bet for quite a few miles. Also consider PJ’s Bar-B-QSA about ¾ mile up Highway 9. If you’re looking for Saratoga with its Victorian buildings and street life, on the other hand, this ain’t it. You need to continue about 5 miles on 9 into town. The service was especially nice and friendly and prompt by the way. I mention this because this owner, both here and at a former establishment, seems to attract some unfair negative reviews.
