As a Taco Bell enthusiast that’s gotten TB all over the country, I quite like this one. It’s certainly no proper West Coast TB, but I’ve never been disappointed by the numerous times I’ve picked up a quick lunch here. The staff are always very friendly. The food is always well made for what it is. Certainly not the best of the Bell but it is much better than the Saratoga Springs Taco Bell.

The people who spent the time complaining about a fast food restaurant need to get a life. Here is some love I hope it gets it up from one star. Let’s go islanders #yesyesyes

I arrived at TB around 9:26PM. Two customers were waiting for their orders for over 18 minutes because the workers forgot about one order and the other was given away to someone in the drive-thru. The manager or supervisor was very nice and we got our orders quickly but someone locked the door 20 minutes early and another worker sat at a table with a ton of food. He started to stare at me when I was eating, so I asked him how he was and he says«you know the drive-thru is open right?» My husband and I tell him, yes we do but we arrived almost 30 minutes before close. He shook his head and waited til we left to relock the door. My husband told him it isn’t our fault they decided to close way earlier than they were supposed to. With all of this being said, all the awesome employees seem to be gone minus the helpful and very friendly supervisor.

One star was given because zero isn’t an option. Terrible, slow service and unapologetic staff. Ordered via the app and waited 20 minutes to get a screwed up order. Went hungry at lunchtime, so a failure on all fronts.

KFC/Taco Bell combo so you can get some fried chicken to go w your tacos. Unfortunately we didn’t read the reviews before coming here. Avoid if you can. Service wasn’t bad since we went in the middle of the day but the food… probably the worst tasting Taco Bell I’ve ever been to.

Possibly the worst Taco Bell in New York or even the East Coast? This location is a real orchestration of fast food disaster. We walk in… one person doing one register with a long line of people, in four states of wait… waiting to order, waiting for ordered food, waiting to get their food order corrected or waiting to receive their corrected orders. Bathroom, while not horrible, certainy not attended to correctly. Our order comes out and is wrong… we ordered hard tacos they give us soft. We eat them anyway… my kids are hungry. No utensils, no napkins and the trash receptacles are all completely full and running over, so we leave the trash on the tables. Where in hell are the Yum Brand Executives??? I guess they are playing golf and checking on their monthly $ 250,000ETF salary payment to hit their accounts on the 1st of each month. This place is everything that is wrong with America in 2014. The executives are no where to be found. The poor minimum wage employees are being dogged to run the place and do the jobs of 2, each. The Yum! brand executives should be made to work in each type of store that they manage each and every year… a full week! They do nothing to begin with… now get to work and fix you mess!
