Been here a few times, lunch and dinner. What’s changed in the past 4 years… Their menu, a few times and their staff… What hasn’t changed? Their carpets and seats /booths, which could use a fresh look! Besides that, always had great service at this place. Friendly, welcoming and warm staff. Entrees are a bit expensive. Upwards of $ 16, but that’s RT everywhere I guess!

I’ve been here twice now, both times for lunch. First time was a great experience. Four diners, two of us got the salad bar and chicken tortilla soup, other two just got the salad bar. Drinks were served quickly, along with the complimentary biscuits. Soup came out so hot I could barely eat it(in my book, this is a good thing), salad bar was fresh, service was friendly and quick. Today…what a different experience. We ordered specialty drinks, and both got the salad bar and chicken tortilla soup. Well, 25 minutes later, our drinks finally showed, and five minutes after that, cold soup, served by the manager. I told him I don’t usually complain, but this was a bit ridiculous. I will say the manager(Steven) went above and beyond and comped our entire meal and was very apologetic. We never saw our server again. The table across from us had the same issue with our server. I’ll go back because the manager was definitely very concerned about the service and apologetic and made it right, and because the first time we had no issues. And because gosh, I do love their salad bar(which was fresh and well tended on the second visit also). :-)

I’m in Malvern for training and after a long day of training, I was invited to go to dinner with some co-workers. Ruby Tuesdays was suggested and v since I haven’t been in years, we agreed on going there. The atmosphere was nice and casual and the staff was very attentive. The menu is very typical of any casual dining food chain. My co-worker was eager to get the salad bar, although it looked appealing, I am not a big salad person. I decided to try the New York strip with a baked potato and mac/cheese. I’m always leary because I liked my steak medium well but worth as little pink to no pink. this steak was cooked just right. There was a faint pink but was still juicy. I wasn’t that happy with the baked potato, it was over cooked. The mac/cheese had good flavor and looked great, but was«oily» somewhat… all and all, the food was what I expected for the price. I would go back.

Had dinner here — the place was pretty deserted but they sat us right next to the bar so we could listen to all the staff carry on and talk at the bar and yelling out of the kitchen for what was to be a nice relaxing meal out. Like someone commented before — yes, they were out of draft beer — 3 days after that incident so I’m not sure whats going on there — maybe just want to sell bottles? My drinks came with no ice in them — had to ask for ice and our meal portions were quite small from what I remember from Ruby Tuesdays — I finished my entire bowl of shrimp and grits — I never do and could have eaten more. It said it had sausage in it — well it did — one slice, and about 5 shrimp. Not worth $ 15, especially when the main ingredient in the bowl is GRITS! Needless to say — we will not be back.

Arrived last night with party of 9. Waitress was very nice but had to repeatedly deliver bad news– they were out of draft beer(7:00pm on a Saturday night!!) they were out of the key ingredient– Fireball whiskey which goes in their signature drink the Apple Cinnamon-Rita. They were out of their fried zucchini, the Brussels sprouts, several dinners. Poor management!!! Dinner was fair.

My family and I wanted to sit in the front of the restaurant with all the windows, but the gimpy troll of a manlet refused to seat us there. He said he could only seat us where there were servers available. I asked to speak to a manager and he said he was«doing manager duty» tonight. He proceeded to call my sister fat as we sat down. The second he limped away we got up and left. Worst experience ever.

Food was OK, but there was this strange and really awkward guy walking around tables interrupting your conversation and telling bad jokes. It seemed like he was an employee, if not a manager. Totally inappropriate and unprofessional.

It’s a chain with a predictable and comfortable menu. You won’t go away hungry. The salad bar is decent, too.

Food slopped together. Burger was a hockey puck and not edible. Even knowing this is a chain(and having low expectations), food here was worse than I ever imagined. With so many great restaurants in the area as it is(chain and not), avoid this place. And whether it was a chain or not, the burger was a hockey puck. Saying it was a chain was to deter people reading from saying«Well what did you expect?!?» I expected my food to be edible. Period.

Always a good meal here. Salmon and smoke house burger are my two favorites with sweet potato fries. I am never disappointed. Highly recommend.

I’m not a fan of chain restaurants so I can’t say I came here with high expectations. It was pretty much what I expected. Despite the parking lot being essentially empty(at noon), it took 15 minutes to get our food. The quality of the food was mediocre, and overpriced for the quality. My salmon salad was $ 13, and it was only ok. Basically, I don’t really think I was disappointed because I set the bar low enough. I probably won’t be back.

Solid. But not spectacular. Service was very friendly. Couldn’t have asked for more there. Food was adequate American Cuisine. It’s just, you know, a restaurant chain. Nothing particularly unique. The Salad bar is the same you’d find at most supermarkets at lunch. I have no problem with it, but I’ve never heard anyone say«Let’s go to Ruby Tuesday’s! They have the best(insert unique food item here)»

I will agree with my Delco Unilocal colleague Steven B that this location is one of the nicer and better run Ruby Tuesdays. I eat here every now and then just because. I do like the salad bar. It’s generally fresh and well maintained. A «Petite Plate» of shrimp and pasta wasn’t all that petite it turns out. Not a bad thing. My biggest beef with chain places, and Ruby is no exception, is that the cooks rarely know how to use seasoning, especially if it calls for Cajun. The seasoning on the shrimp overpowered the dish a bit. I mean, overall it was ok. It did the job. But there are just too many other choices around here for me to be a regular.

I don’t mind chain coffee shops but I’m not a huge fan of chain restaurants. However my friend and I got real hungry on our way home from the mall and she couldn’t resist a meal at Ruby’s. I gave in and am I glad that I did. I’m gorging on some delicious grilled zuchinis and its to die for. I even tried a bit of my friend’s steak and it’s not bad. She asked for medium and I didn’t expect it to come out that well. It actually came out medium. The place is packed that I’m too shy to even take a photo of my food. I wish the staff here would spend time trying to see if our drinks need refilling but I guess it’s understandable. They are all too busy. Anyway we’re waiting for dessert and I couldn’t resist the urge to Unilocal about this!

I work right around the corner, wish this was a better lunch option. They have a full salad bar but not building my own salad is not my thing. Ordered the mini chicken sliders this time. They were okay.

Stopped in here because it was familiar and I had tried to find a local place that wasn’t a chain but nothing popped and couldn’t find a turkey burger on those menus. So settled for the chain and all was fine. Pretty good turkey burger, solid service and good beer. My only complaint, and that was super minimal, Was the ranch dressing was like water. Wanted it for my fries but it was so watery I just used catsup. For me that is a last resort. However overall was just fine and filled my hunger need well.

I put Ruby Tuesday a step above the usual fast casual restaurant(TGIF, Applebees, etc). The menu is fairly large but not overwhelming. The burger was cooked very well and moist. The salad bar is very nice. They could use a better selection of beers on tap. Prices are in line with the competitors. Our server Barbara was very attentive.

Since the new CEO’s son is a chef and changed the Ruby Tuesdays menu; the chain has definitely gotten better. The food tastes much better than a typical chain restaurant, the staff is friendly and prompt, and the salad bar always looks fresh. I would recommend Ruby Tuesdays if you are looking for a decent place for lunch or dinner. I particularly enjoy their new creole style menu items.

Don’t come in a group during lunch hour since it is so close to a few companies, there may be a lunch rush. A few coworkers & I came here for a group lunch on a Friday afternoon to celebrate. I called 5 minutes a head of time just to make sure they were able to set up a table for a group of 8. Good thing we did because besides our area, it looks like only 1 other area would fit a group and that was taken. I had the NEWORLEANSSEAFOOD which is spicy, broiled tilapia topped with sautéed shrimp and rich Parmesan cream sauce. It comes with 2 sides of your choice; mash potatoes & Grilled Zucchini where mine. The Grilled Zucchini were really tasty! Perfectly grilled. The shrimp had too much seasoning on it though. There is also a salad bar if anyone likes that. I will be back. Probably during lunch again!

Before coming here for a work outing, I wasn’t a Ruby Tuesday’s fan by any stretch of the imagination. However, this formerly generic burger chain has upped their game. They’ve added some healthier options with their Light and Fit menu, and even a health-nut like me was able to order a satisfactory meal that I didn’t regret eating later that day. I ordered the three-veggie meal which allowed me to choose three sides paired with the salad bar. The salad bar isn’t anything special, but you can load up on spinach leaves and carrot shavings if that’s what you’re into. I did go off-diet and snacked on the spinach artichoke dip that was ordered for the table. It came in a three-dip sampler with an okay guacamole, and a neon-orange queso dip that was left largely untouched at our 10-person table. For my three-veggie meal, I ordered the roasted spaghetti squash, steamed brocolli, and sugar snap peas. The spaghetti squash was surprisingly low in sodium and very yummy; the broccoli was another low-sodium option, but was a little overcooked; the snap peas were drowned in oil and I skipped them. I’m not going out of my way to hit this chain, but if I end up here again, I’ll know what to order.
