I have developed a relationship with this nail salon and have not witnessed the upgrade harassment in the past two years.
I am now a loyal customer. It is clean and well run.

I am really shocked on how low this place is reviewed! I had a great experience today. The HS kids were off today so it was a little busy, but I waited no more than 20 minutes. I got Linda (I love how they have name tags, most places don’t). She was very nice and asked me if I wanted a regular or special pedicure. Considering I NEEDED a good treatment, I got the special treatment. That, with the manicure, was $ 35. Linda did a great job. She massaged me so nicely and took her time to make sure it was perfect. She gave me a card later that stated after 10 times I could get something free (I forget which.). The manicure is pretty good. I will be back!

Horrible experience! Paid $ 40 + tip for a gel fill — four days later a few tips fell off! When I returned I was told that it was MY FAULT that the tips fell off and charged me to fix the tips. NEVER AGAIN. RUN FOR THE HILLS LADIES!

I went in for an upper lip wax and she kept telling me how i should do my eyebrows i like how my eyebrows are and she kept insisting when i finally said no and that was finally she asked if i really wanted to put 7 $ on a card when I said i had no cash she scuffed and took my debut card. Never again.

I was a drop in for a gel manicure, which cost $ 30 a bit on the high side. I thought since it was more costly than other salons in the area maybe I’d get a better manicure. NOPE, I was wrong all they did was paint my nails, no pushing back or cutting of cuticles, no more than nail polish. I could have done that. The only reason they get a 1 star is because he actually did a good job with the paint.

I’ve given this salon various tries and could never understand why my nail polish starting coming off as soon as I left the salon. Then one day I understood why… because they dilute the nail polish to make it last! Saw it with my own eyes… they seemed oblivious to the fact I was sitting in front of them when they were adding a clear liquid to my nail polish color! Also, they are not very honest with their pricing. Usually they charge kids rate for my daughter but this time they charged an adult rate but didnt give my daughter an adult manicure. Buyer beware.

DON’T GO! Not worth the $. Today I went in for a pedi and when the woman realized she couldn’t sell me on the «special pedi» she really seemed to take issue. She rushed through the pedicure (about 10 min total) and pointed at me to move to the drying area.
She never returned. After about 15 min, I asked for drying spray and they didn’t have any. It seemed fairly dry so I left. When I got home, the polish was all smudged. I strongly recommend NOT visiting Clara Nails.
