CVS pharmacy

Once again I stopped in CVS on Mamaroneck Avenue and Yasmeen (or Jasmeen) remembered me and was very helpful. She made me feel like this is a true neighborhood store. She is able to help customers in a personable manner. The store is just the right size, too! It’s manageable and they are well stocked with all products.

The workers at the pharmacy are stupid, rude and unhelpful. I have a problem literally every time I go in. I spent 3 hours there today as I waited for them to get my perscription filled which included a half hour of original waiting, finding out they filled my perscription wrong, having to explain to them how to fix it, being asked to come back AGAIN and then when I did come back the problem still wasn’t solved cuz apparently they «couldn’t get through» to my doctor which is bull because I called them too to tell them the situation and had no problems (they needed to talk to the pharmacist though). And it wasn’t busy so that is no excuse either.
Long story short. If you need to get perscription refills… don’t do it here. Customer service ⁰⁄₁₀ do not recommend.
