After 15 years, I left this salon. I went weekly and spent a LOT of money. I needed a 2nd quarter for my meter(I had taken one already) and was told to take it out of my purse. This was a day that I spent $ 70.00! I hate being nickel and dimed for 50 cents. I am a generous tipper. It cost me a toll(going straight from work on the highway, plus meters). If you want a 10 minute back massage, it is $ 10.00 plus a tip. Too bad-they lost a good customer. I heard the owner was«sad» to lose me.

I was very disappointed, the worst mani pedi I have ever had. The nail polish was thinned down it literally wore off in three days. They did not soak my nails properly, did not cut my cuticles properly, did not massage at all. Very, very dissatisfied I will never go back their.

I made an appointment and was greeted cheerfully by the owner, Cindy. She reviewed my nails and asked me what I preferred. When I mentioned a very natural look for my short nails, she suggested a «Gel Manicure» and then introduced me to Nicole who did my nails flawlessly. She was pleasant, attentive and took her time to do my nails. At the end of the manicure, Nicole gave me a great neck massage that actually loosened up my neck considerably. They seemed to have an ample amount of «Gel colors» which is their specialty. The charge was $ 30 for the manicure, which, I found to be a good price. The Gel manicure will last about two weeks without chipping. To remove it, the Gel manicure is simply soaked off and re done from scratch for a new clean look every time with no filling or build-up. This is great news for someone who has suffered previous nail damage from Acrylic nails and does not want excessive filing. As I left the salon, I was assured if I needed any quick fixes to my nails, to simply drop by as «satisfaction was guaranteed.» There is fierce competition in this neighborhood for Nail Salons. On the same block, there are three(3) salons. When asked how do they keep competitive, Cindy, the owner, mentioned their goal is to keep their customers happy and provide quality service. They also rely on customer referrals. They have been in business for 12 years and counting. All in all, it was good experience and I made an appointment for two weeks from now. I would say it worth the money and the visit.

I was so disappointed. Here’s why: I made an appointment that I had to wait for anyway. The color selection was very limited, especially for OPI. Most of the bottles were dry and almost empty. Cleanliness – far from ideal! The nail tech didn’t put out any water at all to soften my cuticles. When she pushed them back, I felt like my fingers were being butchered; she even hurt me a couple times… Not to mention, she kept coughing and clearing her throat without covering her face. Gross. I ended up going for a french manicure… she didn’t massage my hands for, literally, more than a few seconds. The job was rushed. The polish looks decent at best. Too many bubbles and polish on my skin. The ‘massage’ I received during the drying process was literally 30 seconds on one shoulder. Thank goodness it was short though. It was awful. $ 15? No way.

Fast & expert service! Extremely reasonable. $ 22 for mani & pedi. Fantastic nail dryers that work quickly and dry nails to fabulous finish. I was asked to pay for nails mid-way through service, which irks me. That’s why I gave a 4-star review.
