Same recipe as Pat’s Hubbba Hubba in port chester. Hands down the 2 best places for chilli. No debate! No beans and just the right amount of spice. I always get the double chili cheesebuger wedge with extra chili. You have to get a chili burger here. And the chili cheese fries are really good too.

This is your classic post going to a bar late night snack spot. Quick, cheap, right around the corner.

Pic taken about a year ago. Chicken wing platter w/chili. More expensive nowadays. Good if you are looking for a greasy spoon.

The best omelette I’ve had to date, get the Texas Omelette, so good! Cooked to perfection, the sausage was also amazing. If you’re nearby and need breakfast, this is a no brainier!

If you’ve been to Pat’s Hubba in Port Chester, you’ve been to Texas Chili. Texas Chili does chili right. And hot. Very hot. Don’t come in here and order a bowl of chili, unless you want to sit on a bowl the rest of the day. The chili cheese dog is my menu item of choice. If you can handle more flaming chili, get the chili cheese fries, they’re just as awesome. Basically if you mix the chili and cheese with anything here, you’ll leave a happy camper. Just make sure you’re close to a restroom afterwards, this isn’t a place for weak Unilocalers.

I used to be loyal to Hubba’s in Port Chester, but I must say, Texas Chili is amazing. Consistent chili, delicious food, decent service, clean. You know what you’re getting and it tastes just how you’d expect it to. Congratulations Texas Chili, you have won!

If you grew up in the area, you’ve probably stumbled into Pat’s Hubba at some point in your life. While you might not remember most of that evening, the next day would be sure to remind you that you ate something very spicy and tasty before passing out. Texas Chili is a newer and cleaner version of Pat’s… They even have a bathroom. The food is essentially the same. The chili is all beef and heat(no beans). It’s a little greasy but that is what makes it great. The classic order is a chili cheeseburger wedge, chili cheese fries, and their version of hubba water(water with a splash of Hawaiian Punch). This is something that you must experience at least once in your life.

This hole in the wall place has followed in the footsteps of it’s previously established place in Portchester. Service is friendly and swift. Food is hot, tasty, and fresh. Menu is simple but varied. My only gripe(not owners fault) is the metered parking. Be warned my friends… put $ in meter because my hotdog wound up costing me $ 25 thanks to the super efficient meter maids in Mamaroneck.
