I used this local locksmith to purchased an EMTECK lockset for our brand new door. They were informative and helpful at the start, however full-fulling delivery was another matter. We selected a lock and were told it would arrive within a week. Almost two weeks later, the lockset came in missing a key piece. At that point their was no urgency on Thompson’s part to correct the situation and I waited another week. The part that finally came in was wrong and I waited yet another several days. Instead of overnight delivery to please the customer they asked for a 3 day overnight. The customer service was awful as was likely the communication with EMTECK.

Thompson lock has been telling me for approx. 1 month that my key fobs will be ready shortly. Joe does not return phone calls. When I offered to wait on hold to speak with him no one answered the phone for about 15 min and I hung up to go back to work. Being unresponsive to customers is highly unprofessional.
