I don’t like the limited hours. What I do like is the variety of food they have for such a small place. Prices are not as bad as you would think. It’s still expensive, but not to the look t where you’ll call off your seat. Speaking of seats, there is t much availability so if you find a table… Take it fast! You have to stand in line, very cafeteria like, to order and pay. They have salads, pizza, chicken nuggets, hamburgers, soups and other refrigerated items to choose from.

Very good selection: pizza, salad, Mexican food, hamburgers and hot dogs. Expensive but they can charge whatever they want. Good quality food for breakfast and lunch.

The new pasta station is awesome, grab a bowl and then take the stairs up next to the fireplace and grab seat in front of the windows to see the terrain park action while you eat

Yes, it’s a little on the pricey side, but very good food. Better than at some of the other resorts I have been too. Baked goods are made right there daily and are delicious. Have eaten here every trip up here and have not been disappointed yet.

This is probably the only place that actually has good food on the mountain. The Carne Asada Super Burrito is soooo good. It’s big enough to fill two and isn’t horribly priced. Trying to eat it by yourself is probably a really bad idea unless you don’t intend on snowboarding for the rest of the day.

food is yes overpriced as any resort. But the quality is definitely good. I get breakfast there usually twice a week and have had no complaints.

You know when you come to a resort everyone knows that your going to be paying a bit more than the average for food, but the last time I was there I was pillaged and sacked. I’m only Unilocaling now because this has been on the back of my mind for a long time. Mammoth says they were bring world class cuisines by Patina and this was going to bring eating to new heights. Well the only new highs are the prices, $ 12 for a hamburger, that’s right $ 12 bucks and that is without drinks or fries. Has the food improved, HELLNO, it is even worse than before. The burgers are still dry and the lettuce old. Sure we are a captive audience, but do you have to suck every dime out of us this way??? The next time I go I’ll be a bit smarter and do what I observed from the other people there, grab a take out from an establishment in town and have my lunch in their cafeteria. Given ski tickets are $ 80, I’m sure Mammoth Ski Resort can easily afford to hire somebody to clean after me.

You know all those stories about Ski Resort lodge food being horribly over-priced and really terrible? Well, Broadway Marketplace is certainly no exception to that rule. I seem to remember McCoy Station or Mill Café having better food. Skip the Canyon Lodge(Grizzly Square) food as well… a power bar would be better.

I feel so silly giving this place 4 stars, but I can’t help it. Maybe it’s just because I’m always so hungry when I come in for lunch during a ski day, but DAMN, are their hot dogs good! They have some of the best hot dogs I have ever had! They are HUGE and I just love them. The hamburgers are pretty good, too, but(along with everything else here) SUPER expensive. The breakfast here is pretty darn tasty, too. Even though it’s overpriced, I prefer this(and the Canyon Lodge food court) to most of the«fancier» on-mountain dining options.
