Jimmy is awesome. The store didn’t have the head unit I wanted in stock so he reserved one for us in another Best Buy store and even personally called to make sure they had it. Jimmy also saved us money by honoring best buy’s price match policy which is awesome.

General Manager named Nick should look for a new line of work. He has no people skills and really knows how to annoy a customer. You would think he would see the thousands I spend each month and show some respect not insult people. Actually he should learn to be respectful of any and all customers.

The rating should be minus 100. They have the WORSECUSTOMERSERVICE ever in the history of retailing. I was looking for USB cord that was advertised in their little list of lies flyer. This pierced thru the lip, ignorant tattooed«girl» told me that I would to buy a computer to get that price. Seriously? I went and got the flyer and showed her… she just turned and walked away. On another glorious occasion, I had to regrettably go back with problems with my computer. I showed them the receipt. It was a year to the day for the warranty and they refused to acknowledge the warranty and make arrangements to order the proper part. I dread it everytime I have to go into their store. Hopefully they’ll go out of business with their crap attitudes. Its a wonder they’re still in business at all.

Decent amount of people in this Best Buy in the middle of the day during the week. Had to drop off a hard drive to the Geek Squad. While they had all of the their forms and etc., I’m a little nervous since the guy didn’t know basics, such as the file extension for saved Outlook files. Hopefully he’s not the one who will be working on the hard drive. We’ll see how it turns out. Mainly computers and HD TVs. Not much in home theater(outside of the TVs and Blu Ray players). Not much in CDs or gaming. And nothing in ‘other’ electronics(blenders, washers, dryers, microwaves, etc.) that you may find in other Best Buys. Service was good — every time aisle we went to someone was asking if we needed assistance.
