Fraud and misrepresentation with a smile. What was promised and explained disappeared when the bill arrived. It’s discouraging when the 1 – 800 Verizon representative says fraud is a common practice in the Verizon corporate stores. I would avoid this store or be sure to record or get everything in writing. I’m certainly not done with this and intend to post the sales representatives and managers names if the lies are not corrected. More to follow.

I don’t want to be unfair to every other store employee, so I’ll only speak of the two that I had the very unfortunate(understatement) experience with, Aleyna & Candice(store manager). I my 37 years of life I have never never been encountered such hostile, abrasive, and offensive retail employees. As a Verizon share holder, I do not want these two in any way, shape, or form representing the company I have an investment in. Abysmal experience, offensive and insulting.

My last visit there ever, that’s for sure. Requiring my wife to purchase an accessory package before she can upgrade her phone, bullying her into buying things she doesn’t need or want before they will process an upgrade. Called corporate to complain and they tell me that it isn’t right but connect me back to the local store to deal with the same dishonest people… never again.

Whenever i walk into this particular store, I feel at home. I get cell phones, I know the technology in and out, and they don’t treat me like i dont know anything. The staff is very professional and clean cut. The process of buying my Tour 9630 was as smooth as can be.
