This place is getting worst and worst. Ordered a Steak Parmesan and got 3 pieces of shrimp on the side Bc they messed up the order, twice. Never going back.

Why eat here? Food prepared and served by kids more interested in hanging out then working. Spend your cash in another restaurant.

Clean and Friendly service, the food was very good I ordered the beer burger special I enjoyed it. fun for the kids as well

Terrible take out the worst! Flimsy bags & food boxes felt like I was ordering from McDonald’s!!!

My husband, two young sons and (a very pregnant) me came here last week for some emergency dinner after an appointment. We were kind of surprised to be sat in a booth (because I am 38 weeks pregnant and enormous) but it looked like the restaurant was pretty full/​we were starving so we just dealt with it. The host was kind of awkward and not the friendliest, but I guess I wouldn’t be either working as a host at a busy eatery like Applebee’s.
Our waitress was really great though — as were the rest of the wait staff we encountered.
The food was good, but we were kind of shocked how much of a time difference there was between the kids meals and our own.
Not a bad location.

I give this such a high rating because yes this place gets busy and we all know the food but it’s the service that I’ve never had a problem with and it keeps me going there whenever I’m in the mood for applebees.

Horrible customer service, we wanted half priced apps and me and my friend arrived at 9:45. They would not seat us and claimed that the waiter or waitress would be «pissed» if we were seated before 10pm. It was extremely unprofessional and rude on so many levels.

I went last Thursday, November 19. I had this awful rude waitress named Crystal. She said my table if we want anything to drink. We said, «we are still looking.» Then she said, «you are looks at a menu for drinks?» I’m like, yes. Then when she came back to take or order for food, my table ordered 5 appetizers for 3 people. She literally laughed at how much we are ordering. She said, «you guys are getting 2 nachos and 2 quesadillas?! I asked for beef on the nachos. She rudely said, that’s what brisket is. Then when I asked for guacamole, she said they don’t have any. After the meal, I asked for a box because I didn’t finish my nachos. She said, what do you need a box for? Obviously for my nachos you idiot! And why is it her business what I need a box for. Avoid Crystal at all costs. She’s rude and nasty. She ignored the girls and paid attention to the 1 guy in our group. It was kind of disgusting and unprofessional. Also, Applebee’s got very cheap. The nachos were pretty much empty. And the quesadillas were very small. Awful experience.

Boy did I spend a lot of time here in high school. Yikes! It must’ve been the company and cheap eats. Looking for a place open late on a Saturday night that served food and drinks, my group of 5 ended up at my old stomping ground.
Our server was quirky in a bad way. I don’t know why he thought it was appropriate to be so sarcastic and make the jokes he did.
Not looking to spend a fortune, we ordered off the half price appetizer/​late night happy hour menu. I had the chicken quesidillas that probably should have belonged on a kiddie menu. They were super basic with just cheese and chicken. There was sour cream and salsa/​pico on the side. And they were super greasy. I also shared the artichoke dip with a friend. The chips couldn’t handle the density of the basic flavored dip.
We never received a round of water for the table, but that’s okay. Our house margaritas were so watered down that they were close enough to water.
I should have let this restaurant stay in the past. At least our bill was low.

Loved the fact that I pulled up to car side takeaway and within 1 minute and 35 seconds, my food was out and I drove away happy on Mother’s Day. That’s what I call great service.

Typical chain ‘Americana’ place– they have upped their game with some decent burgers on the menu. I’ve ordered the American/​medium 2x and it is cooked spot-​on. Plating needs some work as the presentation sucks; they throw a few fries on the plate and it looks pretty sparse. A solid pour of Makers on the rocks did pacify me however. All-​in-​all this place beats out it’s two other major competitors.

Smallest bar ever but still waited 15 minutes to get greeted and a beer. Along with an attitude. After we ate our queso that came out with a thicker than usual skin layer on top from sitting under the heat lamps, i asked to try a little of a different beer. The other bartender who was originally nicer than the first female bartender, started pouring a pint so i said no i wanted to try. He clearly got frustrated and copped an attitude. They never asked once how anything was or if we were ok. I bartend so i find myself getting more frustrated than normal because i know the job isn’t rocket science. The bar isn’t busy. Im annoyed and definitely not coming back unless im desperate and poor and can only afford half priced apps. So aka never.

They get a star for how they come out and sing for your birthday, but they did this mid meal so there was melted ice cream waiting after lunch was done. The food is less than mediocre and the quality is equal to fast food which is horrible. How these folks stay in business is a miracle and a mystery of life.

Food is fine for a chain. I’m sucker for the boneless buffalo wings or the half price appetizers. There is always a manager floaiting around to each table and the Service has been good. Loses a star because the tables and carpet could be cleaner.

Friend and I just wanted dessert. Got sat immediately and both made trips to the bathroom and still not yet greeted by a server. It was around 3 in the afternoon and the place was not busy. Finally a manager walked by and we asked for our server and he didn’t respond very diplomatically. The server ended up coming though, and took our drink orders. The manager came back and gave us our drinks but with no word. We then made our dessert order, which in and of itself was good. But no one ever came back to ask us how we’re doing or give us more water. The check came around to 6 dollars so we put a 10 dollar bill down and then waited some more. A lot more. Then she came back saying «Did you want your change?» …um, that’s something you should have asked immediately as you took the 10 dollars from the table, not way later. I said yes, so she said «Oh.» and opened up her order pad and started sorting through past tables’ receipts trying to find ours, and then finding the change in bills, and dishing out change from her apron, on our table in front of us. It was unbearably awkward for my friend and I to be watching her take out her money like that literally on the table. I like to tip well. But it kind of confused me that she would take a 4 dollar tip upon herself on a 6 dollar plate without asking after she served us 1 plate of dessert, while the manager did more work for our table than her.

Used to love this franchise location. Tonight I went there with 5 friends for half priced apps. Not only did they run out of lemons, but they refused to allow one of my friends to sit with us unless she ordered something. The other five of us all had ordered meals, not even half priced, but it was a big to do because one of the six wasn’t ordering. They told us if she didn’t get something she’d have to leave. Very disappointed and will NOT be returning.

I am a huge fan of Applebee’s. I came here with a craving for steak and shrimp with a mashed potatoe side. This was my first and last time ever coming to this particular location. I saw my waiter 2 times. Waited 25 minutes for a refil. Then another 15 minutes for my drink to actually be brought to me. By the time I got it I was already asking for the check.
I asked for my steak to be medium, they brought it to me very well done. In fact, it was burnt. My mashed potatoes were cold.
The Oreos in my dessert were extremely stale and the dessert tasted as if it had been sitting in the fridge for days.
I came here happy and excited to eat one of my favorite meals & left extremely disappointed. I will not be coming back to this location. I would rather drive 30 minutes to the Applebee’s in my hometown for better service and food.

The food was good and service good. Surprisingly never had dessert here!

Just a quick tip. I ordered the Cajun steak and shrimp again yesterday. Or at least I thought I did! Seems that there are 2 dishes with this name. One is just the steak and the other is the steak and shrimp. I did not realise this, and just asked for the steak thinking that i was getting both. It was my bad, so I can’t faultthe waitress on this one. She was very nice and the steak was still pretty good. That’s 2 times!!!

If you are a teenager, then ignore this post. Otherwise, this is a hangout for the tweenager/​teenager set on Fridays and Saturdays. The food is sometimes very good, sometimes mediocre. The staff is sometimes very attentive, and sometimes gone with the wind.
Our most recent visit was one of the worst experiences here. We were met by a late teen/​early 20 something smacking her gum. Oh oh! She took us to our table, gave us our menu, then recited either the Gettysburg Address or the soup and drink special. Very monotone with no enthusiasm. For sure, I would not be interested in any of the items if the hostess isn’t excited about them. Notice I didn’t mention her bringing the cutlery, because she didn’t. The server had to once we brought it to her attention after the appetizers had arrived.
The server (Danielle) was very good. Food was delivered on time and hot. Usually there is at least one manager hovering around making sure everything was OK. The manager of the shift was sitting on her tush between the reception area and bar, and didn’t even bother to say anything to us when we left.
Probably won’t visit too often, unless fellow Unilocalers show that there is a change in service.
