Bella Nails

This salon is a LIFE SAVER. Even though it’s a good 50 minutes to an hour from where I live, I will no longer go to any other nail place in NJ. Can you believe they do NextGen nails at a very decent price (only $ 35 for color)?! I feel SO incredibly lucky to have found such an amazing gem among some not-​so-​great salons around this area.
First off, they are not open on Sundays. However, because they value their customers, they fit me in on a Sunday anyway. What other business would open just for you?! I highly doubt any.
Jimmy, the owner of the salon, called me before my appointment to ensure that I would not get lost, as I was a new customer of Bella Nails. He is super friendly and engaged in conversation with my boyfriend so that he wasn’t bored while waiting for me. We were also asked if we wanted anything to drink (coffee, water, or soda) which is always a plus in my book!
Shirley is an AMAZING nail tech. She was very meticulous with my manicure and even gave me tips on how to maintain healthy nails (even if that meant me not picking the most expensive nail add-​ons!). I am 100 percent positive that these nails will last for at least a month without chips. It took Shirley a little over an hour to finish, but I don’t mind a perfectionist when it comes to my nails. ;)
It was quite obvious to me in just the little time I was there that the owners of this place truly care to EARN their business from customers. Overall, I was very impressed with the quaint, clean, and homey feeling of this salon. Also, I was surprised to know that existing, longtime customers have their name tied to their very own set of nail tools. This way you know every time you visit that you aren’t getting any other customer’s germs!
I HIGHLY recommend this salon, especially for those wanting NextGen. My next appointment is already booked, and I am looking forward to another awesome manicure and (possibly pedicure)! :)

I first heard about this place through Groupon and so I purchased one to try it out. The place is small, clean, and the people working there are very friendly. Camile did my mani/​pedi and spent so much time on me. She was extremely gentle which is very important since I have been injured at many other places in the area. She takes her time with you and shapes your nails so perfectly that they grow out so much healthier. I also got my eyebrows waxed by Shirley. She was very careful the entire time and they turned out amazing! I had such a great experience here that I would recommend this place to everyone in the area. I find it odd that anyone would ever have a bad experience since I saw nothing, but professionalism. These people care about you from the minute you walk in until the minute you walk out. I cannot even find another place that is comparable and so I will continue to use them.

I went for the first time last week to get a fill — figured I’d try a new place. They told me they didn’t do acrylic fills, so I decided to try the new material they used (NexGen). I have honestly never seen such terrible work on my nails before. The finished product looked like it was completed by a young child. My nails looked lumpy, thick, uneven, and just overall a mess. I will say that the employees were very nice and polite, and the place was clean. However, I had to go back to my old salon the next day and get a new full set because I was too embarrassed to show my hands.

Bella Nails is clean, affordable and the owners are extremely nice and accommodating! I get SNS/​NextGen and my nails always come out awesome and last a month without chipping. Shirley takes her time making sure everything is perfect. The pedicures are great too and are much longer than the standard pedicure I have gotten elsewhere. Would highly recommend!

Best affordable pedicure around! The owners are very personable and accommodating. The warm stones, hot wax, heated lotion, and amazing foot/​leg massages make the pedicure spectacular.

This place is very friendly and clean. They make you feel very comfortable there. Shirley is doing great job with my nails and waxing, what I like the best that she is never in rush and she is doing the best feet massage. She always tries to squeeze me in her busy schedule if I need my wax done at the same day. Couple times she came to the salon before opening just because I needed my wax done that same day.

I go to this salon to get Shellac every 2 – 3 weeks, and really like my manicurist Jean. She’s very attentive and takes good care of my nails. It’s pretty easy to get an appointment. The only downside is they don’t offer Axxium.
