I tried this place when they first opened and I thought it was great that an inexpensive blow-dry place was opening. I have curly thick hair but like to wear it smooth. Not only do the not speak english, use two blowdryers at a time, which burns your hair, but the«inexpensive» come-on is BS! They charge you more than the price they say. Your hair is either too long, too thick, or too something for the $ 25 they claim. What’s more, the staff that does speak english(Tammi, and the owner, MOnica,) are the RUDEST people you will ever meet! Never a smile, and abrasive. I stopped going. Was thinking about a quick pedicure as it is Labor Day, and am desparate, but after reading the other reviews, I think I will skip it for that that as well!!! They need to be more customer service oriented!!!

Just had my nails done @ P P Majeste. Big thumbs down. I don’t like being talked down to by the nail tech. I don’t like getting something other that what I asked for. I don’t like being overcharged. I don’t like walking out feeling bad, and needing to get my nails re-done properly. I asked for a simple fill with a pale pink polish, french tips and gel coat. Should have been simple. I have two different color nails! They did not finish my nails properly and there are«dremel shavings» still attached to underside. Some nails are thick. The nail tech was rushing and going back and forth between someone else’s pedicure and myself! I I noticed other customers were getting back rubs — with the nail treatment, somehow my nail tech didn’t do that either! I was planning on getting a pedi as well but changed my mind once I saw the pedi chairs were not the massaging kind which most places have. Paid($ 30 for a fill with just polish) but now kick myself for having done so! Waste of time, money, and what’s worse is the bad unhappy feeling for something that is meant to be a little luxury in my life.

I first visited this place when it just opened, for mani/pedis for my wedding party. Then(just 2 years ago), it was clean and the services were great. This time, for a mani/pedi will be my last. The manicure tables and pedi tubs didn’t seem super clean to me. For the pedicure, the tech barely scrubbed my feet… I had to ask her twice to go over certain areas that she didn’t even touch, and she scraped my ankles badly while doing so(I still have the scratches 5 days later). The manicure was careless… the shape of my nails was awful and the color was so uneven(especially near the cuticles and edges). I had some cracking at the tips, and she didn’t even file over them until I asked! The tips were left jagged, I had to file them when I got home. Oh and the ‘free massage’ they throw in when your nails are drying is horrendous. I was bruised and red when I left. For $ 35 not including tip… it’s not worth it… give another local place your business!
