I had a massage with Lizzy this past weekend. I did not want a lot of deep pressure and she complied. Also I requested attention to my feet and that felt great. All and all she did a good massage. I agree with others that front staff very friendly. I was early and so I had time to interact. Only negative was the massage room was a bit chilly but the table nice and warm.

Owned by a super nice married couple… Marie was hands-down the best massage I’ve ever had! All of the therapists there are extremely knowledgeable and everyone is really down to earth… It’s not like a lot of other spas where they just really try to push memberships on you… These people are really really nice and relaxed. Great experience. I would recommend them to anybody!

I am a massage therapist and I must say… I had an awesome massage with«Z» or she goes by Gina! It’s terrible of me to forget her name but it is a unique name!!! Shame on me for not remembering! But, she addressed the issues I presented to her, was very friendly and caring! I will most definitely return and feel so much better already!!!

I’ve been here twice and have left feeling like I wasted money both times. The first time I came, the masseuse looked me up on FB and tried to contact me. The second time I came, I specified I was there to try and alleviate a tension headache and the masseuse chose to spend 55 of the 60 minutes on every body past except my Head/Neck/upper back, never mind that they use cold oil. The quality of the staff leaves much to be desired. They are in experiences and not worth the $$ charged for services.

I always leave feeling like melted butter. The therapists are AMAZING! I have been a member for almost a year now. Great birthday present from husband. I have since brought my niece, sister and now a friend. Great relaxing atmosphere. Love the soothing décor and music…

The massage therapist was inexperienced and within minutes I was basted with excess oil, pulled arm and shoulder uncomfortably behind back(as if being handcuffed) all while getting a thumb nail dug into my back and head hit with an elbow. After a few minutes of this treatment I felt it was best to just stop the massage. Unfortunately this was actually not the worse part of my experience at Elements of Manasquan. The worse part was my interaction with Alexandar Farganis, the owner of this location. When I came out into the waiting area(less than 10 minutes into my scheduled massage) the receptionist indicated the owner was coming and I would need to speak to him and pay at minimum a $ 25 fee for the massage. Alexander showed up and was extremely confrontational and argumentative. He said regardless of my experience I needed to pay for the massage therapist’s time and Elements’ policy required me to pay a $ 25 fee, similar to cancelling within 24 hours. I expressed my dissatisfaction, indicating this made no sense at all. However he continued arguing with me, making nonsense comparisons such as if I returned a shirt to a store I get money deducted, and if I walked out of a movie at the start I would still have to pay for it. After telling him he was acting unprofessional and his $ 25 fee made no sense at all, Alexander said I needed to either sign the $ 25 charge to my credit card or else he would void out the $ 55 massage certificate I had originally planned to use for the this massage. He further said he could care less about a negative review and he was not budging from charging me either way. Needless to say Alexander Farganis ‘SHOULDNOT be involved in any customer service oriented business nor interact with humans. Also, I would strongly suggest anyone thinking of getting a massage to consider other places such as Milagro Spa or Hand-n-Stone. Thankfully there are others out there that do understand this service, properly screen their therapists, and know how to professionally interact with their clients.

I have been coming here since they opened and have probably had every therapist there. My last session was with Terry and she is the real deal. She clearly knows how the body is connected and will work the spots that need the most attention. While sometimes I just want to go to relax and have a nice soothing massage, everyone there does a great job, but for that really good therapeutic massage, Terry should be your«go to». She will advise you on a plan to get you where you want to be and it isn’t a «pitch». Think of Terry as your consultative therapist. But for everything else here, you can’t go wrong and as some others have pointed out, it is a month to month deal and they are not pushy. Members also get further discount offers via email that are not annoyingly flooding your in-box. Everyone from the owner to the front office staff is just the right amount of friendly that you know the interaction is genuine and not cheesy.

I am a new mom, with precious little time for indulgences like massages. However, within 1 week’s time I was lucky enough to have two. :-) The first at Hand & Stone in Spring Lake, and the second here. I had such a positive experience at Elements! My therapist, Tee, was amazing! She gave me the best massage of my life and I consider her a gifted healer who used techniques I’ve never encountered before. I left feeling rejuvenated and I will definitely go back. I did not experience the«hard sell» others have referred to. I had that experience at Hand & Stone. Here, they gave me the pamphlet in case I was interested, and that was it. A side note for nursing mamas, Elements gave me accurate information about massage & nursing that I verified with a lactation consultant, whereas Hand & Stone did not. The atmosphere inside the room was relaxing and the music carried me away. I can not tell you how much I enjoyed this experience.

Wow, what a great staff! Front desk is polite and doesn’t push the sales like some massage places do. I’ve had work done by 2 different therapists. They listened to what was wrong and used techniques that relieved the pain and tension. Great deep tissue techniques! Btw, the Unilocaler Timothy c with the one star sounds like a troll.

The staff were friendly, I had a massage with Rodney, who was awesome and attentive. I was super relaxed after the first couple of minutes. I have gotten more than a few massages and when you find someone that has that kind of skill you have to stick with him. The store is in the Shop-Rite plaza in Wall and is convenient off 34, but that being said the parking can get a little tough during peak hours at Shop-Rite. Leave yourself a minute or two extra. It is a clean and new place. There are a few massage places popping up, but I liked this place the best so far.

This is the real deal. Such a great staff. Calm and immaculate surroundings. They do not try to push products or add-ons like so many other massage salons do. Massage was awesome and it is definitely the most affordable place around. They have awesome membership plan and they don’t lock you into a contract, it is month by month. GOHERE.
