Pier 1 used to be in my top 15 stores I liked to visit. I am not sure what has gone on with their design the last few years; I more or less come to Pier 1 to buy 100 packs of votive candles. The post-​Christmas 50% off selection was pretty impressive-​lots of ornaments, candles and tchotkes. This location is pretty organized and the staff is nice enough but overall in my mind pier 1 has lost some of its luster.
