The best burger I’ve had in a LONG time. Bacon Brie burger with fig spread. Fantastic! I ordered sweet potato fries but I should have ordered the waffle fries! They are awesome!!! Hubby has the 1 pound burger (I think it’s called that). He loved it! Want to go back for breakfast! Cute décor. Very small. No wait for seating but it gets packed in the summer. BYOB! Will definitely go back!!!

I had wanted to try this place for a while, as the menu looks awesome. It’s in a great location, really cute décor, and friendly staff. The burgers were very good, but by no means were they memorable. We had the Chipotle Bacon Burger, which was very tasty but I didn’t get much Chipotle flavor and I kinda wished it had actual slices of bacon on it. My husband had the Jersey Shore, which was overflowing with blue cheese and was delicious. We ordered them medium, but they were a bit more medium-well. The sweet potato fries were perfectly crispy but could’ve used a sauce or something other than ketchup to dip them in. Altogether very good, but left a little something to be desired, especially at that price point.

Ok we’re talking some serious Bacon dishes now! A variety of pork & bacon dishes to die for and the waffle fries (sweet potato or Idaho) are great! Bring a 6 pack or a bottle of wine and enjoy!

Everything was so goooood. The atmosphere is very cute and trendy, making just a fun brunch place for a small group of friends.
We had the french toast, a pork roll with egg and cheese, and the chipotle bacon burger… for just two of us. The burger was probably the best burger I have ever had. Two
We also had regular fries and sweet pototo fries. The sweet potato fries were super crisp!
My kind of down side was the coffee situation. I love coffee, but the thermos things they serve only have enough for two cups.

This review is for brunch. Cute little restaurant in downtown Manasquan. Ordered the chicken and the pig omelette and my husband ordered the chipotle burger. We had sweet potato fries and waffle fries. Everything was really good, perfectly cooked and flavorful. Service was good and the overall vibe of the restaurant was hip. I’ll definitely be back.

Clean and spacious for a small room. Attentive service with refreshing current alternative music. Nice atmosphere.
Tomato soup was hearty with crispy and creamy grilled cheese.
Croquet Madame was very good. Meaty and cheesy with a perfect egg. Yolk was runny with all else cooked just right. Side salad to breakup fat in this dish.
Recommend this place for yummy brunch/lunch.

Looking for a excellent and unique place to get a great burger in Squan, this is the place to go! Also great brunch spot. Typically full during peek times so expect a slight wait and don’t believe they take reservations. Ambiance is bright and clean with friendly wait staff. A must go when I’m Squan. Baked Brie burger was fabulous.

This was a really nice spot to grab a quick family lunch.
Decently affordable. I think it was something like $ 10 or $ 11 a burger. Nice service. Dining area not all that special, so you’ll be packed in there, but whatever.
The only suggestion I’d have is to make the veggie options a bit more obvious. I know the shtick here is burgers, but my search of a non-meat option left me a bit left out. Too many spots make it seem like if you want a veggie option you have some sort of disability. Make your veggie guests feel appreciated, too, and feature them just as prominently.

The food was excellent and atmosphere nice. Our only problem was the staff made us begin to feel unwelcome by coming over very early with our check and asking if we were ready for them to clear some plates away. There was a large party waiting to be seated and they needed our table. In fact, the HOSTESS not our server brought us the check while we were still eating. There were tables there longer that were not being rushed.
If the food were not so good, I would have given them 2 stars because of their «rushing» us.
I had the Good Morning Burger, it was very good, cooked as requested. The only change I would make to the burger would be the bun; there was too much going on on that burger for a small bun.

The best burger you will ever have. Lots of choices and options — cooked to your liking perfectly.
Al great for breakfast and lunch. Overall a great place. Expect to wait for a table in the summer.

Finally had a chance to come here for brunch after having it bookmarked for months.
The wait for a Sunday morning wasn’t too bad. We waited about 15 minutes and they text you when your table is ready so you can walk around and check out the little shops in town.
The menu was your typical brunch items, but with a quirky and fun spin on them. I saw one burger comes in between glazed donuts instead of a bun, which is pretty amazing if you’re in the mood for a heart attack. I went for the crunchy French toast which is crusted in corn flakes and a honey drizzle. Swapped out my bacon for a bowl of fruit (probably sacrilegious at this place, but I’m not a meat eater). I was pretty pleased with my food but I wish they gave you a side of the honey drizzle so you can add extra. I like my French toast swimming in sugary goodness. My friend got the avocado omelette and enjoyed it. Kitchen forgot to add the cheese she requested but our server was very apologetic and made sure it came off our bill.
Overall, I liked this place. I gotta respect a joint that specializes in bacon, yet still offers a fair amount of vegetarian options. It’s too far of a drive to frequent, but if I’m in the area I would definitely like to come back and try some more items on the menu. The garlic avocado grilled cheese sounds pretty tempting.

Have to give it to them for their service ! All of them do a great job .
The food was excellent too– the waffle fries with bacon and cheese was out of this world. BTW– the sides are bigger than the mains so one set of fries on the side would be enough for 4 !
The pork rolls were good too. We also had 2 different kinds of French toast on the table and I was told that they were outright YUMM!
Also tried the Mr. beautiful turkey burger which had a weird after taste — but they were more than happy to replace it for something else .

The service was impeccable. The hostess was super friendly as she seats you scanning for the best available table. The waitress was a peach as I explained I cannot eat that much and inquired if I could order from the children’s menu. No problem. Can I please ask for acacias on top with my side salad in lieu of fries? No problem. Sweet.
My friend who is a vegetarian chose the Croque Madame minus the sliced ham. They had no problem and she was not given any attitude considering the name of the establishment. Pig… Ham… Lol.
Coffee was given in these adorable thermos to keep the coffee piping hot. Fresh cream in an adorable thick porcelain server.
The table we sat at was spacious and we did not feel squeezed in at all. I looked around and found that to be true with every table.
Can’t wait to go back with a heartier appetite. There’s Brie burger with my name on it.

I love this place and thank the good lord the closest one is an hour away; it makes it more of a treat to visit like a wonderful, gluttonous, vacation to pig out before spending a day on the beach in a bathing suit lol.
As promised every time I visit my favorite place in the world, I have to try something new off the menu. This time I had the mac & cheese burger. Whoever thought of this menu item deserves an award. What a great idea… As you know (if you have read my reviews), I have a mac & cheese obsession and this new take on the American traditional dish of a hamburger was just brilliant. Not to mention the burger was clearly homemade and packed together by ground beef rather than any of the pre-made patty junk. Then the addition of mac and cheese to top the burger off was DELICIOUS. I will admit this was a MESSY, MESSY, lunch. Thank god I was with two girlfriends I lived with in college because it was a no judgement zone, but I would never eat this on a date.
Also, my girlfriend had the nutella stuffed french toast, what another brilliant idea; two pieces of delicious french toast glued together with heavenly nutella. Seriously, the chef or creator of this menu deserves many awards for the creative and different take on American classic dishes!

A+ for creativity and individuality. We went here for Brunch and I ordered the croque madame (as I usually do) and it was fantastic. You feel like your food was made especially for you, not just part of the line. My boyfriend ordered the kitchen sink which was so much food… definitely bringing doggy bags home from here.
The atmosphere is comfortable, tables are a little small as it is a small place.
